Hello,
Yes it is a scene of stealing uniforms but why not steal shoes at the same time.
So in 5:21 minute of the movie the scene of taking off shoes and socks begins. The camera shows the entire process precisely to finish in 5:47 minute movies.
But that's not the end of it. When taking off the uniform we see bare feet as they move. For example when taking off the pants.
After putting on the tie. Cheval Blanc decides to put on the shoes she stole. The scene starts at 10:55 in the film. She sits down on the armchair saying nice shoes and starts changing her shoes. What is shown in the trailer. The scene ends at 11:52 as Cheval Blanc exits.
