Uniform Stealing Board

Some gangsters are operating a kidnapping racket. Their scheme is they invite women to their nightclub, kidnap them, and then have a female member of the gang disguise herself in their clothes so that nobody realizes the real girls have vanished.





Sadly, we only see one such instance, but from the way the lady gangster talks, she's stolen the clothes of numerous girls already.

Silly question are the girls kidnapped for ransom?

He says in the images above it's for ransom, but we don't see the other victims. They're presumably bound and gagged in a holding cell offscreen and then get rescued when the police arrive at the end.
