A few songs I thought were sung by a man but was actually a woman....and vice versa.

First heard this on one of The Sopranos episodes and for years thought the vocalist was female!

This one is more embarrassing really and blame it completely on my old TVs audio quality! First time I heard it was on Saints Row IV. Hearing it on my PC speakers can definitely tell it's a male vocalist.

Okay tell me I am NOT the only one who made this mistake!!!! All my life up until a year and a half ago I was dead convinced it was a female singing the main chorus:

Easy mistakes to make, right?

In 1979 The Eagles "I can't tell why" The singer had long hair and a female high voice, but then I was 11 years old telling my mom that the Eagles had a girl singing their song. The singer was Micheal Schmit, the bass player. Great Tallant.
