Uniform Stealing Board

I am very pleased to let you all know that the new moderation team has been agreed upon and a decision has made to get things back to normal.

Firstly, I would sincerely like to thank Mr. Peaky Blinder, Blue-Cynthia, rufusluciusivan, tirepanted3 & Trackman281 for agreeing to help in regard to the moderation of the forum. I am hugely thankful to all of them for stepping up. They join Redrunner and ES.

Some points of clarification.

1 - All moderators have equal status and authority
2 - All moderators have authority to resolve general/minor issues as they see fit
3 - Major decisions & issues will defer to a majority council decision amongst the mods
4 - Please understand that no moderator has more authority or seniority than another. They are all equal.

I would like to all forum member to understand that historical moderators should not been seen or viewed as having any more influence or sway in our community is moderated.

If you have any questions or concerns, please either contact or mod team or post them here.

very interesting in light of the fact Es is still a mod i would assume you have asked stormtrooper to be one too.....

I won't discuss the minutiae of how I reached my decisions on mods, but the team is decided, and it will remain as it is unless and until changes may be necessary. I am not infallible, but I have not simply rolled the dice. I think the team is balanced, I have full confidence in mod team as it stands.

I understand some may have certain concerns about one mod over another, I appreciate those concerns, I understand them but this is it for now

Can I also add it might be nice to welcome the new mods in their roles.

They have all stepped up, and I sincerely hope that members appreciate they all have the best interests of the forum and the members at heart. We all want stable moderation.

Personally, I would like to thank them all for agreeing, some with a bit of very subtle arm twisting, to the role.

he is still a mod ...so ...correct .... blue cynthia flagged up some of es comments which certainly smacked of racism

Incorrect. If you have an issue with my decision, Simon, please feel free to message me directly for a more detailed answer, but I suggest we leave this thread for the intention it was posted in, which was to focus on the new mods.
