At 16 minutes in, the villain and his squad of henchwomen attack a designer and her models the night before a fashion show, holding them at gunpoint and demanding their clothes. When we cut back to them, the baddies have disguised themselves as the real women and donned their outfits. Sadly we don't see what happened to the real models or designer, but they're shown again at the end of the episode, so they were presumably tied up somewhere offscreen before being rescued.
