The nurse was definitely cute. However with the way the scene was cut it is a bit hard to understand what is going on. I assume the patient injected her with whatever the nurse put in the syringe but it is kind of hard to tell.

From what I can gather, the patient believes she's been taken to a hospital, but then she recognizes the nurse as a villain based on the bracelet she is wearing and realizes she's been lured into a trap. She injects the nurse with the morphine drip and knocks her out, then dresses up and escapes.

It seems that girl A (the one pretending to be a nurse) discovered that the man she liked was good to girl B (the one on the hospital bed), and became jealous. She pretended to be a nurse and planned to inject B with drugs that would make her unconscious. She also found two thugs to attack her. However, B recognized that A was under the mask through the bracelet and understood the situation. She suddenly inserted the drugs into A's hand and changed her clothes to leave. Before leaving, she met two thugs that A had found before and let them invade A (roughly meaning this, but the logic of the video editing was very confusing, especially the injection of drugs)
