Each hospital has a police post, usually with a lone police officer on duty.
So they would have to neutralise the cop as well.

We could make it a team of 5.

2 impersonate nurses
2 impersonate paramedics
1 impersonates the police officer

All with plenty of chloroform or sedatives

Stormtrooper1990, you are the direct answer to my prayers

then you are somewhat one of the proofs of the God's existence

in a matter of some weeks you have become the most prolific author ( counting the topics, not the lenght of the novelettes ) of this Library

it's impossible to praise you enough

and also thanks for the patience ;) , it's a great human gift and you will be rewarded in Heaven :D

in the meanwhile, here on planet Earth, there is a little issue with more than 100 tales... can I suggest you to create a topic ( that I can make sticky at the top of the sub-forum ) with a complete "who is who" of the main protagonists and secondary characters and the indication of the many ( so many :o ) saga's ? You will edit the topic all the times you want, with links and casting calls etc etc

pay attention it's just a suggestion ;)

Stormtrooper1990 , again thanks

You are very welcome my friend, I appreciate the support:D

I have been meaning to tidy my sub-forum.

What I could do tonight, after I finish a commission for dummy76, is I could create a topic, with say a background to each character.

One for lethal, the other for non-lethal.

Get things a little organised.

It's a great idea. And I like a little organisation. We can try it now.

bank

You reminded me of a new idea.

At that time, the mainland was relatively poor, and some people would smuggle and rob Hong Kong.

Robbing jewelry stores and banks.

Then he returned to the mainland to escape the pursuit of Hong Kong police.
Great idea!

HSBC, SCB , BEA have gorgeous banking uniforms. Plenty of jewelry shops too. All wear uniforms. The nurses have always had very traditional uniforms too.

Hmm. A gang of female robbers, perhaps wanting to ransom businesses by kidnapping their staff and stealing their products. The police would be too weak and end up getting overpowered and losing uniforms too.
I mean, usually there's a counter between masked robbers and bank employees, right?

The bank clerk has the opportunity to press the alarm bell.

If two robbers in bank uniforms are also behind the counter at this time, they can prevent the bank employees calling the police.

So they could replace the jewellery store staff, Rob the place without police interference.

Or bank tellers in the case of robbing banks.

Or they could have already replaced the tellers before the bank opens. Take them out on their way to work, take their clothes and once they are at the bank they hold up the manager. No alarms no fuss. They could then steal the clothes of some hostages, walk out with the money.

Lunchbreak, going to/from work. Also, many of these banks are in malls with shared toilet facilities. Some of the biggest branches might have four or five floors too. Then, there's always getting in via the back door etc disguised as police or security.

CCTV cameras everywhere would also prevent a full frontal assault. Stealth would be the way. Banks have also been known to pay out for their employees held as hostages, so it could be big business for the robbers.

So many different ways in or out for our bank robbers. Like you said, enter in the back disguised as security or cops. Then exit in the hostages or tellers clothes with the money. Split up to avoid detection and blend in. Meet back up at their safehouse.

I do like that idea of taking out the tellers on the way to work. Could picture the scene where a pretty young teller is on her way to work. Suddenly a hand covers her mouth and her attacker pinches her Vagus Nerve to put her to sleep. She is then dragged off to a secluded area where is stripped of her clothes and access card and given an injection of a sleep drug to keep her sedated for a good long time.

Perhaps this pretty blonde:
