Rufusluciousvan - I needed to make it believable with Maryse, the company would of needed an infiltrator who was the best of the best, that's why Maryse was one of dozens of other infiltrators who were chosen to partake in the trials, plus with her not being able to have children she felt this would be as close as she got to having daughters of her own. I'm glad you liked it. :D

Oh yes, Stasis seems to be more and more aware doesn't she. But rest assured she can trick and point things out as much as she likes, but whenever she tries to break those fourth walls, I both promise you and guarantee you. No body else will ever hear her and even if they do see her, all they'll see is her talking to herself at a wall hahaha. :D

Tinkers knock out wasps were an on the spot thought as both Tinker and Stasis are pretty usuless when it comes to hand to hand combat as I imagine that while they were training, Tinker probably viewed it as unnecessary as she's the type that would say brains always triumph over brawns. While Stasis probably......... Just fell asleep because I imagine that's what she was like. :D

Well I do try to find ways of finding new knock out techniques and new uniforms, although that's proving harder and harder. BUT with Meditions awesome scene he imagined he has given a heck of a load of ideas and all sorts of gadgets that Tinker can and will be using in the next chapter, so I can't wait to start writing it. :D

Hhmm I must admit I struggled with how to use the next phase of the phantoms as an absolute blood bath didn't seem right, so I made a few hints as to how this happened. For instance. Right at the beginning Soph mentioned of how she's part of a second wave of infiltrators getting ready for deployment. Maybe the company viewed this as a quick way to get rid of the first group of infiltrators so the second group could swoop in without any issues. Plus we don't even know what this second batch of infiltrators are even like. If you remember when Soph made her first appearance she was a perfect infiltrator. She followed her non clones programming perfectly, maybe the non clones view this second batch as the perfect batch and just needed the first batch (Tina and her sisters) out of the picture. :D

Ooooorrrrrr........... We don't know whom this prophet lady actually is, how did she amass all of her weapons, technology, training camps and how did she discover all of these phantoms and their heritage's to begin with, hhmm she must have pretty deep pockets or she knows people with deep pockets. So maybe the people she might know might of made a rather hefty donation to the companies bank account for them to turn a blind eye to their infiltrators as since they have a second batch, they wouldn't of really needed to worry. Besides they are a business after all and money sure does talk, plus we've seen numerous times they'll always favour money as the clones are merely a product to them. :D :D

These are just a few possibilities I've came up with.

Well I didn't want Marie to just suddenly become this amazing infiltrator over night she needed a few training exercises and Maryse was all to happy to lend a helping hand. :D :D

I guess this is indeed the kind of things that could be clarified in the narration. The company using an opportunity to get rid of the too independant infiltrators for more obedient ones is a good explanation, but in my opinion such an important part of the plot should not be only hinted.

I guess it's also linked to the fact that, due to how long it has been around AND been presented as this unstoppable mega corp against which Tina can't do anything, the company is now cemented as a force to be reckoned with in my mind. It wouldn't be unrealistic for the Phantoms to be as influential and powerful in-universe, but since they were here for less longer and for now mostly stayed in the shadows, they don't feel as powerful in my mind.

Also, I realized that I didn't mention in my previous comment that I was happy to see 'Demon' return and that I'm interested to see how her relationship with the others will evolve now that they are forced to have a truce. Also, shame on me, I didn't make fun of this tough gang member and her mouse-themed (Disney?) underwear. The wrongs have now been righted!

You do raise a good point :). Give me a chapter or two to properly figure this one out and I'll write a more concrete solution for everyone, plus I suppose I could write a skirmish or two into it, if it makes for a more enjoyable read. :D

Demon will have to fight some inner........Well demons now (no pun intended), as all she's ever known is hunt, kill, hunt, kill, so now if she wants to properly survive, she must adhere to the proper ways that infiltrators tackle assignments, which means like it or not, she's going to have to perform USB scenes from here on out, I don't think she'll like it hahahaha.

Apparently this gang guard was all business on the streets, but she had a soft spot at home. ;)
