How's this for a scenario. Our escaped prisoner, sees the girl by the side of the road. Her car as just taken a flat. She can either, give the girl a swift neck chop, a chokehold or knocks her out with a tire iron. She drags her into the treeline. Steals her clothes, underwear and money. Fixes the flat tire, drives away. Leaves the girl naked in the bushes.

For the record, I like neck pinches but chokeholds come a (very) close second.
