WTF, Angie hand gags what looks like a female doctor (not a nurse), and then reappears dressed in a white nurse's outfit. Jesus, this movie has some serious continuity problems...

It looks like she grabs a nurses uniform prior to replacing the doctor as when she is in the van talking about how she has to do something she is wearing a pink top. Then when she handgags the doctor you can see a white sleeve.

The woman she handgags is billed as "School Nurse" in the credits. But yes, it looks like she has a different outfit. Which does raise a question about timing - how was she able to change her clothes, redo her hair, and knock out the real nurse, all in the space of a few minutes?

More likely it isn't actually a scene.

At 0:59 you see a white sleeved arm (nursing uniform) hand gag the school nurse. So, she must have infiltrated the place with a uniform already on. Gagging/subduing the school nurse was merely a way of clearing her path.

That's how I see it anyway.

I think that's mostly right, although she didn't get the uniform right away. She's wearing different clothes in the van (at 45 seconds), and then changes into the nurse uniform (with new hairdo) before subduing the other nurse. And it looks like she did all that in about a minute or two.
