Yes, I'm sure it's a scam. The message was written by a member named "Faizaan26". Here is what it says: Hello draconite1983,



Our automated system has flagged your account for a security review due to inconsistent activity patterns. As a result, your profile has been placed under a temporary visibility restriction (Shadowban). While you can still log in, your account’s reach has been limited to protect the DeviantArt community. To lift these restrictions and restore your account's standing, you must complete a security verification.

Current Shadowban effects:

• Search Exclusion: Your deviations and profile are hidden from the "Explore" page and public search results.

• Feed Restriction: Your new uploads are not appearing in your followers' watch feeds.
