Italian sci-fi series focusing on a female adventurer and her partner. This scene isn't quite a "steal" - the victims give their clothes up willingly, after a while - but it's still interesting.

This story has them capturing a pair of women called "the Women in Black," who work for an evil organization. The Women in Black are tied up, but they escape, and Legs and her partner prepare to fight - only to discover that the Women in Black are willing to surrender, and in fact to hand over their clothes so Legs and her partner can impersonate them.
