In this scene a guy and a woman needs to infiltrate a hospital to steal their baby back. So naturally she mugs a nurse outside for her uniform. The guy also steals a janitors uniform, but just ignore that.
Best part is, is that we do get an aftermath scene of the real nurse bound and gagged behind some bushes in her underwear, a rare find.
Mugging is at 12:15 mark.

I really like the discovery scene at lot. The "real" nurse tied, gagged and squirming amongst the bushes in just her underwear is priceless.
