The woman cannot move much and can't cry out. Basically, once the pinch has been properly applied its over for the poor girl. She is completely defenseless and at the mercy of her attacker.

Exactly. Then her attacker can drag her away somewhere dark and discreet, steal her uniform and anything else she need. With the disguise in hand, the attacker ties her up gags her( or not depending on who the attacker is and the duration of the unconsciousness) and puts her in a nice handy locker or dumpster for her friends or the binmen to find later. And all through one skillfully applied pinch.


In way you could say the poor girl is both fortunate and unfortunate all at once. I can imagine Ellana not knowing what she did and thinking "That definitely requires some further testing and I may need to muffle them first. But it's fun,"
