well, if you prefer take the non-lethal version, if this can keep a light-heart rythmn , I have no preferences :)

but I don't want to be the cause of unnecessary deaths of any fictional character

in this case please add a disclaimer

"no fictional characters was hurt in the writing/making of this tale "

I will add that disclaimer at the start of both stories

The first story will feature the gypsies as murderous twin sister Irish gypsies the "Banshees." There names will be Cora and Aisling Collins. I will keep the light hearted tone, by introducing some black humour similar to my other stories. As they waylay a pair of innocent British cyclists.

The second story, will feature Kathy Davidson and Sophie Cutter. Agents of the Darkwatch Disguise Acquisition Team. Whose job it is to secure disguises for Darkwatch agents, no questions asked. I can also add a little black humour here too.

I can then reedit the stories for a non-lethal audience, changing the twins from killers to thieves and the Darkwatch Agents, to a pair of Black Market thieves that procure uniforms from defenceless women and sell them to the highest bidder on the dark web. Usually their clients are terrorists, or agencies like the SI or Darkwatch.

I think maybe we can refer to the movie 'No Country for Old Men (2007)'

for esercito's story

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0477348/
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1s5411L7Bz/

One person is running away, while the other is pursuing her.
Both of them are constantly changing their vehicles and clothing.
During this period, you can also add plots of "hotels" and "hospitals".

Or one of them is a Federal agent, chasing a chameleonic female assassin constantly steals clothes or uniforms to blend in and to kill her targets.

Maybe she is like Russell Crowes character in the movie Virtuosity. He is a genetically engineered assassin who as the personality traits of half a dozen serial murderes in his DNA. He escapes from the lab, and runs amok.

I can quite easily put something together and make the character female. With a Federal agent heroine chasing her. Like Iona and S'thena but no brain extraction.

Federal agents should not harm victims to snatch clothes and vehicles.
Isn't it?
I think both the person being pursued and the pursuer should be outside the law.

What I meant was, the pursued is the one killing and stealing clothes. The pursuer most track her down and eliminate her.

The federal agent won't be stealing any disguises.

It means "pursuer" is the person who killed and took the car.

So using NCFOM as a guide, the pursued is woken up by a lone young female researcher. She is a spy for a rival company, who want to use the pursued for their own ends. The pursued kills the woman and steals all of her clothes, plus her car. Escapes to the city. Mayhem ensures, we can add different plots like hotels or hospitals, a nightclub as well as the story progresses.

The pursuer is a top FBI profiler who is brought in to stop the pursued's killing spree.

Oh, it's too far away.
Haven't you seen 'No Country for Old Men'?
That movie is very classic.
The hunter discovered many dead people and a large amount of money. These dead people were drug dealers who died from mutual attacks. The hunter picked up the money, and then a killer chased the hunter in order to get the money.
In this process, the killer killed many people, sometimes to get a car.

Sorry, maybe I messed up your mind.
Perhaps it would be better to write according to esercito's initial requirements.

I have seen the film, although it was a long time ago. Thats probably why I'am screwing things up. My apologies Panpan

I will be writing some horror themed clothing steals after I introduce Agent Parker in my second alien shapeshifter story. Largely based on the topics we discussed about aliens.
