It's called Segrestats on YouTube, perhaps it is there on a different name. No context, but I can assume that the performers were mugged for their costumes.
According to a comment under the video, the series is called: La memòria dels Cargols and it's the Episode 8.

It is indeed called: La memòria dels Cargols, Episode 08 L'hereu del baró. (Could you change the title of the post when you have the time, please?)
The scene with the bound-and-gagged performers starts around 37:19. Didn't notice a scene previously showing them. Watching the previous scene will allow to have a better look at the women taking part in the mugging. I'm not sure a stripping was involved, but it's technically a mugging and clothes were stolen, so...
A bit of a peripheral scene, but the women are cute and the scenario in itself is nice and can give ideas. You see the characters disguised starting around 39:34, trying to perform the play of the comerdians they ambushed. Key word being: 'trying'. It's actually something that has to be seen at least once in a lifetime...
