Long shot

This is a long shot but I am trying to get hold of a video I had made in 2017 from fetish cuties. It's kind of along th lines of this group so I am hoping someone may have bought it. It's called guard neck chopped unexpectedly and stripped. I had it made and then a few months ago my hard drive died on me and I don't have another copy and can't find the download link in my emails. You can't buy it from there site any more and I have sent emails and they are not answering . If you can help please do

Is it pirating if the content in question is literally not available for purchase or is otherwise not available in any way?

I am aware of copyright and would no way want to infringe on it. But I wrote it paid for it to be made and just want to know if anyone knows where I could repurchase it or have contact details for the producer as he seems to have stopped. I'd hate to see it pirated as it wasn't cheap for me to make lol
