Trigun episode 21 - "Out of Time"

Japanese anime series. In this episode, a woman named Jessica is mugged by a robot lookalike, who steals her clothes. The mugging itself is not shown, but near the end of the episode, the main character finds the real Jessica bound and gagged in her underwear.
