I saw it on TV 20 years ago.There's no video on the Internet, just a few screenshots.

In this show, the killer kills the masseuse, then impersonates her, goes to the target's room and kills the target.
She must not let the police find out that "the masseuse died because a killer was going to impersonate her."
Because then the police, based on the entry and exit of the hotel, identified three suspects: a male, a foreign blonde woman, and a national woman. Men can't pretend to be masseuses, and neither can foreign women.
So after she killed the target, she took the masseuse's body into the bathroom of the target's room and put it in the bathtub.
This can give the police a misunderstanding:after killing the target, the killer may have entered the bathroom to clean up the blood, only to find a woman bathing in the bathtub, and strangled her with a towel in order to silence her.

This is very impressive Panpan, and quite cunning of the assassin to trick the police into thinking the masseuse she killed and stole the disguise from was eliminated in the bath. Allowing, the assassin to escape while the authorities were confused by the situation.

This plot design is really creative. In the usual detective work, the murderer is faking the "alibi", the "When was killed?" or "How was killed?".
The murderer in this work is faking "why was killed".
A similar work is “The ABC Murders”.The difference is that the murderer in "The ABC Murders" covers up the reason for the targeted person's murder, while the murderer in this show covers up the reason for the non-targeted person's murder.

There is absolutely no way to find out until you get the original tape of the series, which would be almost impossible unless you speak with the copyright holder and purchase the entire series, or if luckily someone post it on the internet in the feature. I’ve been searching for the episode for years and could find nothing, the series was discontinued long time ago and there is little information on the internet, only a few episodes still exist.
