I'm not entirely sure what's going on here, but it seems to involve a woman with magic(?) powers wanting to go to a masquerade ball. She teleports into the room of a blonde woman getting ready for the ball, then uses her powers to make the blonde disappear, and then is shown in her costume posing as her.

Strange scene, but potentially interesting.
