Her Name Is Bond.... Jade Bond

As the title suggests, this old Asian film is a take on James Bond, with a female spy in the lead.

Early on, Jade is pursuing some villainous henchwomen dressed as ninjas. She manages to shoot one of them (apparently killing her, alas) while the others escape. She strips the fallen henchgirl, steals her outfit, and infiltrates their hideout in disguise.

Starts at 6:30. Disguise at 7:50.
