Looking for two previous panels

Does anyone know where to find the Harley Quinn clip/ panel where she freed the Joker by jumping two officers and stealing a black policewoman's uniform. It showed her bound and gagged in her underwear in the backseat of their police car.

Secondly a Rule 34 panel where kidnapper tails female campus policewoman and finally jumps her leaving her tied up in the parking garage in the trunk of her car.
