Agent R was juniormost member of her infiltration squad which was sent to rescue a senator's kidnapped son and his girlfriend. However, their mission was compromised and a shootout happened in the base. R was at the back of the formation, and as her team rain in different directions, R ran to the fire exit where she shot the cameras up another floor. She was being pursued by Cobra girls Grace and Yana. In the ensuing shootout, R ran out of bullets but she was able to shoot Grace on her arm, and Yana on her thigh area. R also managed to shoot Grace's radio. As Grace struggled with her bleeding arm and Yana crawled to where her gun and radio flew, R thought that this was her opportunity. Grace told Yana: "I think R ran out of bullets. Crawl to the radio so we can ask for reinforcements." R came out of where she was hiding and kicked Yana's gun away. Yana got her knife attempting to stab R, but R was quick enough to dodge the thrusts and get the knife. R strangled the life out of Yana while kneeling at her wounded leg. Tears streamed from the downed Cobra's face as she struggled. Grace was breathing heavily, feeling the loss of blood but she was cussing at R. R calmly walked to Grace, cupped her mouth as a gag, and kneed her throat. R then dragged the two dead Cobra girls into a store room, stripping Grace's pants and shoes. Fortunately, they had the same size. Grace was wearing black airism Uniqlo panties. R stripped Yana's top, revealing a white bandeau bra, hiding B cupped breasts. R proceeded to wear the uniform and figure out how to rescue the two hostages.
