A woman is confined to bed in a mansion as doctors (in hazmat-style suits) watch over her. To escape, she knocks a nurse over the head and dons her suit and mask.

Starts in episode 598 at 8:40, disguise at 13:10. The real nurse is woken up in episode 599 at 11:45.
