How do I make a sub-forum?

How do I make a sub-forum?

How do I make a 'Stories by..." section? I can't see the option and I can't see anything about it in the FAQ. Do I need to be on the Board for a certain amount of time or post a certain number of entries?

you post your story here in the "Stories by USM members " forum and I , the moderator, will create the sub-forum for you , in a matter of hours 8-)
