PRODIGY & PULSAR '92

Post by darth chlorophorm 2 »

Okay, people. I finally finished some really old drawings.
I had posted one page a while back thinking it was a single, then later discovered it was a part of a larger comic book.
This story deals with Prodigy & Pulsar on an alternate Earth.
Sorry, there's only a few pages.
Hope you all enjoy anyway.

Happy to see that your hand is allowing you to draw again.

Glad you both enjoyed the story, my friends.
Rufusluciusivan, make no mistake, this story isn't new. I actually drew it back in the 90's.
I did a lot of "re-drawing" with MS Paint once I scanned the original artwork.
As for the nerve damage & pain in my hand. My doctor doesn't think I'll be able to draw "comfortably" again.
Sketching with a pencil isn't that bad. The real problem is when it comes to inking the pencils with the pen.
I need a steady hand to do that. With the nerve damage, my hand shakes very badly.

Damn, I must admit, just like Rufus and Esercito, I too thought that this was sign that your wrist was getting better again. :?

Either way though Darth, this doesn't stop this set of pictures from being anything short of amazing. I love your art style, it just screams unique and I can certainly always tell when I'm looking at one of your stories, your stories and pictures really do stand out and I enjoy each and every single one of them. :D

Campy comics forever! 8-)

Thanks for the kind words & as always, your support, TM.
It really does make please me that you all enjoy my stories.
As for my art style: It may not look it, but I've been heavily influenced by Deadpool creator, Rob Liefeld.
When I first saw his work, when I was about 15/16, it blew me away.
He has been at the center of controversy for decades & may not be considered the "best" comic artist, but I enjoy his work very much.
Back in the 90's, I met him many time at various conventions.
Also, I may not be drawing new material, but I'm working on a lot of unfinished content from years ago.
So, there's more Campy Comics on the way.
Thanks for the support guys.
