This scene has been discussed but i was surprised to see that it appears that the video was never posted. Sorry if I missed it and this is a double post.

It is from Agent Aika Episode 4. The one hero, Rion, is being escorted to her cell in handcuffs by a lone Blue Delmo guard. We learned in an earlier scene (incidentally when she was knocked out) the blonde haired guard is named Catherine.

Anyway, Catherine leads Rion into a cell. Somehow Rion must have gotten the handcuffs off as after they enter the cell there is the sounds of poor Catherine apparently being punched out. Then Rion leaves the cell dressed in Catherine's uniform.

The scene then cuts to inside the cell where Catherine is laying on the floor unconscious in her bra and panties with her hands tied behind her back and her ankles tied.

This one's a classic: the off-screen punches, the sight of the woman bound in her underwear... except for one detail. There's no gag! Kinda beats the purpose of restraining her if she can still call for help... A little frustrating.

Aika was such a fun series.

And of course, as has been mentioned on the forum previously, the Najica Blitz Tactics series (created by the folks who did Aika) has some terrific uniform steal scenes. The episode 5 scene where the sentry on the ship is shot with a stun bullet by Najica who then steals her uniform is fantastic as is the scene in episode 9 when, though we don't get to see what happens, Najica and her partner knock out the two guards in the guard booth and leave them stripped to their bras and panties and tied up.

Indeed. The one you mentioned from Episode 9 is one of my all-time favorites.

Given how fanservice-y the series is, and since Najica is an infiltrator, I've always been surprised that there weren't more USB scenes. Though these scenes are a must as far as mainstream animes and mangas are concerned (like the ones in Dirty Pair episode 20 and Outlaw Star episode 18).

This is a classic scene.
I've been a huge fan of Akia & Najica for many years. I've got all the DVD's that are available in English.
If I have some time I'll post some screen caps of the scene.

Truly is a fantastic scene and one of the best, but yes everyone is right, I am greatly surprised we didn't see more scenes like this as obviously seeing women KO'ed in their underwear is kinda their thing on this show. So many possibilities yet so little was done.

P.S, really wish there was a live action version of this scene, aahhh wishful thinking.

Just to remark on this subject:
For those with access to Tubi TV, they have multiple Agent Aika series streaming.
Those series are available both dubbed in English or Japanese with English subtitles.
I figure I'd just throw that out there.
