Portsmouth Royal Navy Dockyard 1990 The Annual Navy Days event.

Lieutenants Victoria "Vicky" Peters and Emma Thomas-Cole sat on 2 wooden packing cases watching the 2 imposters putting on their smart form fitting dress uniforms. Elbows touched from the turns clinched above them, passing under the mid length black lacette bustier bra under each arm and back across her milky white 34D breast, slowly rising up then falling.
Behind her a slightly annoyed Vicky sat in a white and red polka dot panty girdle and matching bustier bra. She was less then Vicky for getting her stripped ,humiliated and tied up.....
