Anna's mind control is really intriguing. The mind control as you say is "a complete sexual dominance". It is interesting to think that the woman the mind control is being used on is probably in a rather aroused state and probably getting more and more turned on as she follows Anna's commands. Not only is she totally under Anna's mental control but she is being sexually dominated too.

It is fun to think that in this story lovely little Tabitha was probably experiencing more and more sexual pleasure and getting aroused right up to the moment Anna used the mind control to put her to sleep.

Exactly, Anna being a vampire is more tuned into read these desires in the people she meets. Although she uses it to gain an advantage over weaker female opponent, especially novices who are repressed sexually thanks to the strict rules enforced by the Holy Church. This makes them very easy targets for a vampire of Anna's ability. Something the church unwittingly brought upon themselves.

Anna now can learn anything she needs and has total and complete control over her. She can make the woman do whatever she wants and then, when she is done with her, put her to sleep.

I was inspired by the Vampire Diaries, and by extension the originals. Mind control is one-of the prime vampire powers that features in the show. Many of the shows characters use it like Anna does to secure a meal, without having to kill the poor victim. As the memory is also wiped.

Thank you Meditions, even though mind control is not unique to Anna, Rowan also as the same ability, she has honed it through 200 years of practice to a point wear it as become her unique signature. She originally homed her power as a means to complete her contracts, feed without killing her victim and of course hire disguise. While Anna shows mercy, indeed having no small amount of fun too, her sire Gisella uses her power as a means to dominate her victims and ultimately kill them when she is finished with them. Her version doesn't have the sexual elements that Anna's as, Gisella's just wishes to dominate through power, nothing more.




Anna's mind control as an effective of keeping the woman docile, and obedient while Anna as her way with her. The feelings of pleasure and arousal the woman feels while being ordered around only serve to increase the sexual experience, of the victim thus the effectiveness of the mind control itself.



Anna could well in theory order the woman to harm or even kill herself but I think she generally on some level cares about her victims. The difference between the mind control that Anna employs and Gisella employs, is the fun factor. Anna honed her craft as a means to get ahead in mercenary circles, as a means of making her job easier, and the most important reason of all to have fun while doing it.

So we know, once Anna has a woman under her control the woman is basically Anna's slave to do what ever Anna commands.

So the question is how long can Anna use her power to control the woman. We saw that for a short period of time she was able to make Tabitha open the cell door and strip off her uniform. At that point however instead of continuing to control Tabitha she put her to sleep. But could she control a woman longer?

For example, could Anna take control of a patrolling sentry's mind and use her for Anna's entire mission? Could she have the woman let her in the building, take out the other guards, get a uniform for Anna, and then help Anna get into the room she needs to access? Will the mind control last long enough to do that?

Of course it is possible that the very effect of the mind control could impact how long it is useful for. Perhaps the more Anna commands a woman to do her bidding the more aroused the woman becomes. Essentially, Anna's mind control can last untill the subject becomes so aroused that they cease to be useful to Anna being so in the throws of passion that Anna would have to knock her out and locate another woman to control in order to complete her mission.


In the hypothetical situation you described, the subject would let Anna into the building, procure uniforms for both Anna and Katrina and take out other guards. However, which guard takedown would only increase the arousal felt by the subject and with Anna only being a vampire of 200 years, the further away the subject the less control Anna exherts. Similar to a remote control on a car or drone. Of course, with age comes experience and eventually Anna will be able to control subjects over a far distance, similar to her sire Gisella.


So far Anna uses her mind control in short encounters, to maximise efficiency and ensure stealth in the case of Tabitha. But as we saw in The Unholy Ordos, Anna's power is slowly gaining in strength to the point where should inveigle an entire group of novices. So the the future could see, Anna experimenting further with her powers and see how far she can stretch them.

You could imagine she would be in such an aroused state that after she successfully knocked out two of her colleagues and removed their uniforms for Anna and Katrina that as she watched Anna and Katrina begin undressing she couldn't keep her hands off of them. Anna would roll her eyes in frustration and say something like "time to put this little tart to sleep" before commanding the highly aroused and horny woman to sleep.

You could imagine she would be in such an aroused state that after she successfully knocked out two of her colleagues and removed their uniforms for Anna and Katrina that as she watched Anna and Katrina begin undressing she couldn't keep her hands off of them. Anna would roll her eyes in frustration and say something like "time to put this little tart to sleep" before commanding the highly aroused and horny woman to sleep.

I can definitely picture that my friend, but Katrina pulls her up and says "Before you do, Anna. Let's have a little fun with her first." Then they spend around 5 minutes having a little fun with the blissed out guard, before Anna gives the command for the horny and naked woman to sleep. I would love to write that scene.
