Chimera is a paramilitary organization that have nefarious dealings all over the world. The organization acts in international black market weapons trade, assassination, kidnapping, and extortion. Chimera's greatest enemy is Agency to Prevent Evil, A.P.E. A UN secret service agency.
Chimera is funded by a multi billion dollar international corporation, Straus Industry, lead by a man named Straus. A man named Kray Maximoff serves as Chimera's weapons manufacturer and supplier for Chimera. Viper serves as Chimera's intelligence officer and lieutenant, a woman equally attractive as she is ruthless and seductive.
Chimera has bases and facilities located around the world. With Chimera's headquarters located on a large island off the coast of eastern Europe. Sanctioned as Straus Industry vacation spot exclusive to Straus employees along with being a training camp for Straus Industries Security. However Straus Industry Security does not go to the island, and or Straus employees. Scientist, business partners and others associated with Chimera can be found on the island, along with occasionally key kidnapped prisoners. However the island serves as a Chimera headquarters and training facility. The island is known as Straus Island, known to Chimera as Chimera Island. UN's A.P.E likely has suspicions of the island.
Straus the leader of Chimera continues to expand his organization and power into different parts of the governments around the world. Whoever he can corrupt, and control. With Chimera having many fronts through Straus Industries, and the best lawyers money can buy, the nefarious organization keeps under the radar, but mostly unable to be touched by the UN officially.
Chimera carefully recruits people from all over the world. People with prior military experience, criminals, mercenaries, and or normal every day average people with no prior military experience. Members act anywhere from regular soldiers, to Chimera special forces teams. The highest paid members of the organization are highly skilled specialist.
Chimera does not put on any facade about the organization when seeking out potential members. Chimera offered many benefits along with money, and power to those that were ruthless enough. Members have to swear absolute loyalty to Chimera. Potential members are at least required to pass chimera's basic training.
Whatever Chimera lacked in numbers, they made up for in military hardware and technology when defending there facilities, and or extorting places across the globe. Chimera's vehicles consisted of tanks, APC's, hummers with mounted .50 cal's, scout motorcycles, attack helicopters, among other types of helicopters. Along with missile launcher and sniper units Chimera could over power none major military groups & forces around the world with brute force when needed.
Chimera's members consist of both men and women recruited from all around the world. Chimera unit types:
Regular/Soldier: The bulk of Chimera, act in raiding and nefarious operations like the latest mining town operation. Soldiers are mostly seen guarding Chimera's bases and facilities. Soldiers are required to have passed basic training. Be familiar with operating various vehicles, and motorcycles. Soldiers proficient in operating motorcycles are typically assigned as scouts.
Sniper: Act in raids, and operations with the soldiers, along with acting as guards as well.
Tank/APC Operator: Members that are trained in operating the various vehicles such as tanks and APC's.
Pilot: Trained operators of helicopters, planes, and jets.
Medic: While Chimera members could access any hospital off duty. On duty Medics, and Field Medics treated soldiers on operations, or were stationed at different facilities, and bases.
Officers: Officers consisted of anything from shift officers, to operation/raid officers. Those recruited that showed cleverness, and leadership skills were promoted to officer.
Special Forces: Usually members with prior military experience, special forces were the most rare of the bulk of Chimera's members.
Specialist: There are only a handful of specialist that are part of Chimera, usually highly trained assassins. Along with a couple highly skilled hackers.
Chimera's main colors, were grey and black. Chimera's uniforms and vehicles were usually grey with the black chimera logo on the uniforms and vehicles.
Chimera also employed scientist, mechanics, architects, and various engineers.
