She really loved that horse. They had become an extension of each other, and everyone had predicted that she would take first place in the showjumping championship.
But then, out of the blue, she found herself bumped from the team in favour of the owner's spoiled niece. With only a week to go, after months of training, she was robbed of her chance.
But now, she is going to make that ride, and she is going to win that trophy.
