This is a manga version of the Totsukawa keibu series“十津川警部シリーズ” Japanese suspense series.

In this scene, a female courier who comes to deliver a package is replaced by an evil woman, and female police officers who arrives later finds the real courier tied up.

I found information that the episode name is Izu no Umi ni Kieta Onna“伊豆の海に消えた女”.

So I found the original episode that this manga is (apparently) adapted from, but from skimming it, it doesn't seem to include a USB scene.

Maybe it's a different episode? Or maybe the USB scene was added for the manga. Not really familiar with the source material.

Apparently the scene was original to the comic and not in the TV episode. Either way, it'd be great if someone could track down the full comic. I'd love to see the criminal disguised as the courier!
