"Catwoman's Chloroform Adventures" by ED3765
Only one uniform stealing near the beginning; though the rest of the story features a bunch of sentries / assassins of Ra's al Ghul's League of Shadows chloroformed by Catwoman, so I figured out some folks would be interested in the rest.

"You lost your way kitty? Why are you here?" a female voice rasped into Catwoman's ear as she felt a prick on her neck from the blade as she craned her head back further.
"And right to the sharp point..." Catwoman muttered as she began to grind her right heel on the ground. "Just out picking up a stud is all..." she said as her heel that she had been grinding soon shot out a small dart in the direction behind her, the dart jabbing itself into the leg of her attacker.
"Gaah!" the female assassin cried out as she lost all body strength instantly and fell to the ground below, Catwoman soon falling with her and landed along with the assassin so that they were hidden by bushes. "Y-You..." the female rasped out as Catwoman soon smothered her face with a chloroform cloth that had been used on Batgirl.
"Shhhh, this will put you to sleep while my little dart drug will keep your limbs nice and numb," Catwoman purred as the assassin mewed into the rag.
"Nnrrrmphphpmmmm...." the assassin groaned out, her eyes rolling as she could no longer remain awake as a heavy sleep sensation overtook her and before long she soon passed out into the rag. "Mmphpmm..." she moaned softly as Catwoman pulled away the chloroform rag.
"So nice that one of you came to me and with such a nice outfit..." Catwoman cooed while running her hands over the assassin’s skin tight outfit. Looking it over, she could see the female assassin wearing a tight one piece black outfit complete with long gloves and knee high boots complete with a mask over her face.
"Time for an outfit change!" Catwoman said as she began to strip the assassin by quickly pulling away her boots along with her gloves to reveal her slender and untanned body.
She lifted up her arms, undoing a small zipper on the outfit which loosen the tight material from the sleeping woman's body and slowly began to work her arms out of the sleeves and through the opening on the front, leaving the assassins' upper body to hang forward as the rest of the outfit was slowly wiggled down her legs and finally pulled it off to reveal her skimpy dark sports bra and panties.
"Better make sure you don’t cause me further trouble if you happen to wake up sooner..." she cooed as she soon pulled out a roll of dark tape from her pouch and used it to bind her wrists and ankles together with a thick amount of tape. Catwoman quickly pulling out a small rag from another pouch and stuffed it into the assassin's mouth and smoothed a few strips over to hold it into place.
"There," Catwoman said patting her hands and began to change herself, removing her gloves and boots and wiggled off her tight catsuit outfit and put on the assassin’s outfit complete with mask, gloves and boots.
"Whew, chloroform someone with their mask on is not a good idea," she muttered shaking her head, waving at the mask where she had rested the drug-soaked rag before and after shaking off the smell she moved further into the area without issue.
