A scene from the old forum and I can't seem to find it on here, so I hope this isn't a repost.

In the climax of this film, It is revealed that the lone survivor called "Jenna" is actually the serial killer of the film who killed her sister and took her name as her real name is actually "Megan". Before they figure this out, she drugs the doctor assigned to her by putting sleeping pills in her coke. She then steals her clothes and makes her escape.

There is a brief aftermath scene of the real doctor being found and even though she covered by a bed sheet, her bare arms are on show, indicating that Megan just quickly thee a sheet over her underwear clad body.
