The heroine arrives in the past and naturally appears naked, she takes both the clothes and the car from a woman who nearly runs her over when she first arrives. Sadly all of this is done off screen. Because she's the hero of the film, I'm inclined to say she only knocked out the woman for her clothing.

Scene starts at the 3:30 mark then resumes at the 5:00 mark.

She actually kills a guy at the end of the film, she is not a hero. So I think she killed the poor driver, and stole her clothes, car and everything else. The girl was skynet, not a reconditioned model like Arnie was. She probably just used her machine logic and decided that killing the driver for her clothes and car was the logical step that would aid in the completion of her mission. After all, having the cops on her tail would have detrimental effects on her mission, and would lead to more human death then necessary. The poor girl is either dead, naked on the pavement or in the back of her car.

A pity. The victim is a very cute redhead.
