Besides its military the Sydicate also has five important roles in order to be functional. Like the military members, every staff member is required to dress sharply and wear assigned clothes with appropriate colour to show their loyalty to the organization. As the rumor has it that the central base is located underground somewhere in North America and its populated by thousands of members. Where more and more members are flown over after their successful two years training at the outpost facilities.
The servant class (left) is a slave class that is responsible for prepping meals, cleaning, and to please soldiers and officers when needed. They are often young women who are kidnapped or lured and then brainwashed into serving the sydicate.
The medical staffs (second left) is responsible for assisting researchers in medical experiments and fixing people up. With majority of the staffs being previous nurses or med school students.
Technicians and engineers (central) are responsible for assisting researchers to conduct weapon tests and is also responsible for fixing equipments.
Researchers (second right) are extremely intelligent, cunning, and evil individuals. They enjoy conducting experiments on innocent people.
Agents (right) are responsible for both the financial support of the organization and the recruitment of new members and kidnapping unsuspecting victims. Responsible in meeting with clients, and is the only class that often travels between the central base and outpost facilities.

*Background*: The CrimsonShadow Sydicate is a secret female only militant organization that focuses on kidnapping, weapons and drugs research and productions, and human experimentations. The organization has dozens of base of operations across North America, Europe, and even one in Asia. Where they could recruit young talented women to be of service or by kidnapping and brainwashing.
The primary color of the organization is red and black as it is seen to be worn by all members of the organization.
High commanders act as the leaders of the organization and are only found in the central base, unless there is an important event elsewhere. The outpost facilities across the world are run by one or multiple high ranked officers depending on the size. Although most outpost facilities only have dozens or so members, with majority of them being security soldiers and research staffs.

"You go ahead, just save me a seat. I have to talk to the lieutenant real quick about my transfer." The blonde officer Jenny tells her friend.
*knock Knock*
"Sorry to bother you, Ma'am, I am here to drop off unfinished work before my transfer to Central," Jenny says while sorting through the paper in her hands "it will only be.."
Her talking is interrupted as she looks up. In front of her, the blonde lieutenant is kneeling on the floor partially stripped beside an infiltrator. In the back are two officers who are also stripped and tied and gagged in chairs. Jenny covers her mouth to hold back the scream.
"Now we can do this the easy way or the hard way." the infiltrator continues as she pets the helpless lieutenant on the head. "Now why don't you be a good little officer and start stripping so you can fit in better with your superiors.."
As majority of the syndicate members head to the cafeteria for supper. The infiltrator forces, disguised in their newly obtained uniforms and with the camera room under their control, are able to walk around uncontested to capture any stragglers who decides to skip supper...

On camera, one of the infiltrator is seen carrying another stripped unconscious syndicate member and setting her on the cold kitchen floor before tying and gagging her like the rest of the girls. Beside her is a ranked officer alongside four securities and another kitchen staff.
"Right on time for dinner." One of the infiltrator says as she drops some sort of powder inside the food supply...

"Inside the camera room, two securities and a technician moans in their gags. The three syndicate members are securely tied and stripped, squirming in their binds while helplessly watching their comrades being subdued in the hallway.
