Please explain. What do you mean, format? Picture format? Like, JPG or PNG? That format?

Like getting the image posted, like you have. In the past I have failed in posting anything with an image.

I'm sorry. Now I understand.
First upload your picture to to whatever site you choose.
Right click on the picture & choose "Copy Image Link".
When you want to add the picture your post here on this forum, you click on the 3rd Icon from the left of the Font choices, "Insert Image".
Copy & paste the image link between the two "[img]".
When you submit the post your picture should be visible.
Just try it a few times & see if you get it. Trust me, look at all my post that don't have an image inserted in them. That's because I didn't know haw to for years.

I had a feeling the Japanese character would get to you, TM.
She's actually the model when I searched "Hospital Scrubs". Many women modeling those types of uniforms came up, but this Asian beauty caught my eye.
