My entry for Deep-world's contest featuring the heroine Spark Maiden.However, I was not content with just one scenario, and actually (thanks to the rules) came up with several different ones. Each one happens alternatively from the other.
So after the lovely Spark Maiden goes missing and sends out her distress signal, someone does receive it...unfortunately, it was received by Mannequeen, a recently notorious villain. With the fiery captive bound and gagged in a very powerful adhesive and guarded by an Eyedoll, she begins to pull her plan into motion: impersonating the titular heroine.
Her powers allow her to mimic the appearance of any one she's seen for a short time, but for them to reach their peak, she must have something that belongs to them. In the Spark Maiden's case, the villainess has borrowed her outfit to take her appearance and full powers. Of course, she ends up losing hers as long as she is disguised, but with the real one stashed away, no one will no the difference!
