A birthday gift for the one and only Raya100ƒ
Sure they both look the same, but let there be no mistake; this doppelganger of the beloved Doctor has a few radical ideas for both her captive's work...and the lovely Loiya herself!
Wanted to work on both a new doppelganger type piece and another one featuring Raya100ƒ's Ocs, so I tackled both at the same time. i was gonna use on of his lesser-used characters as well, but that seemed like a cop-out (heh...you'll get it!). Either way, I liked the lighting and shading on this one, as well as the details of Loiya's stolen clothing!
And yes, there IS an alternate.
