Sadly no uniform theft, but a replacement at least. Fujiko Mine poses as a waitress at a small diner in order to find information on a guy she's tracking. Lupin later finds the real waitress tied up in the back room after Fujiko escapes.

Anime scenes are so rare, that I won't be picky. This damsel was especially cute, whether it's the uniform or the physical appearance! Thanks a lot for this find!

Now, I can't post direct links, but finding the episode is rather easy even with the Google search. So if you come across the episode, the scene of the reveal of the bound-and-gagged waitress happens roughly at the 13:45 mark, and the scene of Fujiko removing her disguise is the next one. Scenes of Fujiko disguised as the waitress are scattered across the episode's first part.
