"Your Very Foreign Movie"
Note:

1. all characters seen on camera (unless otherwise stated) are beautiful women.

2. all dialogue (unless otherwise noted) is out of sink with the character speak and the voices sound like they've dubbed over dumb American bimbos with no acting talent at all.
FADE IN:
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- DAY
An evil bent cross shaped structure with two wings bent down relative to the central block.
INT. DAY ROOM -- DAY
The day room is full LUNATICS; some acting out bizarrely but most just sit watching a TV set passively.
JULIA; a statuesque girl in her early twenties with long dark hair sits in at a table in far corner of the day room where the light is dimmest. She pours water from a paper cup on the surface of the table.
At the front of the day room, a statuesque young NURSE gets up from the table serving as her desk, and goes into a small office adjacent to the day room.
Julia, stares at her reflection in puddle of water. Her reflection melts away and the puddle shows images like a flat screen crystal ball.
CLOSE-UP -- WATER PUDDLE
A SHADOWY FIGURE opens a refrigerator removes a small, plastic bottle of orange juice from a dispenser.
A HAND holds the orange juice bottle. Another HAND holding a syringe stabs down. The needle of the syringe punches through the glued on, paper label of the juice bottle.
The shadowy figure carefully puts the drugged bottle of orange juice back in the dispenser label side up.
BACK TO SCENE
At the front of the day room a statuesque NURSE-1 gets up from the table servicing as her desk, and goes into a small office adjacent to day room behind her desk.
INT. DAY ROOM -- MOMENTS LATER
Nurse-1 exits the office sipping at a small bottle of orange juice. She sits down at her desk, takes few more sips from her bottle of orange juice, and starts doing paper work. After a beat the Nurse-1 start batting her eyelids, her head droops; then jerks up. Something catches her eye on the desk.
CLOSE-UP -- ORANGE JUICE BOTTLE
with Nurse-1's BLURRY FACE IN THE B.G. as a dribble of orange runs down the label of the bottle.
BACK TO SCENE
Nurse-1 stares at the leaking orange juice bottle with her eyes all blurry eyed. Julia walks INTO FRAME, and stands behind the seated nurse.
Nurse-1 picks up the receiver of the old fashioned, dial telephone sitting on her desk. Julia pushes her finger down on the prongs of the telephone cradle. Nurse-1 doesn't notice that Julia is disabling the telephone as she puts the receiver to her head.
NURSE-1
Someone come help me. The lunatics have drugged me.
Nurse-1 wilts as if on the verge of passing, and the telephone receiver falls from her hand onto the table. Julia picks up the phone receiver and sets it back in its cradle. Then she pulls back on Nurse-1's shoulders and sits her up straight in chair. She reaches behind Nurse-1's head and starts pulling out the bobby pins holding her nurse cap and hair in place.
ANGLE ON -- DAY ROOM NURSE
Julia lifts Nurse-1's white, starched cap from her head, and the nurse's long locks of hair fall freely about her shoulders.
BACK TO SCENE
NURSE-1
groggy
What are doing to me?
Julia ignores the drugged nurse and puts Nurse's cap on her own head. The telephone RINGS. Julia glares at the RING telephone; then she answers it.
JULIA
Hello, day room, Nurse Fontana.
DAY ROOM NURSE
interrupted
No, she is not--
Julia gives NURSE FONTANA a backhand karate chop to the side of her neck. At the THUMP of Julia's karate chop Nurse Fontana SIGHS and falls unconscious.
JULIA
Yes, of course. I'll do that, goodbye.
Julia hangs up the telephone.
LONG SHOT -- NURSE FONTANA
as Julia unbuttons the front of her uniform, and shrugs the girl's white, nurse's dress off her shoulders and down to her waist. Julia then pivots Nurse Fontana and her chair around and starts unlacing her white nurse shoes.
CUT TO:
INT. DAY ROOM -- LATER
A slim NURSE-2 walks into the day room.
The Nurse-2 sees no one sitting at the nurse's desk. She walks over to the day room office, opens the door and looks inside.
INT. DAY ROOM OFFICE -- CONTINUOUS
Nurse-2 sees that there is no one inside the day room office. She shakes her head and mutters.
NURSE-2
Damn, if knew Vedette was so hungry I would have come sooner.
INT. DAY ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Nurse-2 closes the door of the day room office, and goes over to sit at the nurse's desk.
ANGLE ON -- NURSE-2
sitting at the nurse's desk doing paper work.
NURSE-2
(to herself)
Oh, Vedette you are going get into so much trouble one of these days.
Nurse-2 reaches for the bottle of orange sitting on the table without taking her eyes from the paper she is reading.
LONG SHOT -- NURSE-2
as she takes a drink from the orange juice bottle.
CAMERA PULLS BACK SLIGHTLY to revealing Nurse Vedette Fontana lying passed out on a sofa in just her bra and panties. In B.G. Nurse-2 touches one her temples and then slump down over the nurse's desk.
INT. CORRIDOR -- DAY
SHOT THROUGH open doorway LOOKING INTO PHARMACY.
A young, female PHARMACY ASSISTANT wearing a nurse's uniform picks up a prescription forum from the counter, walks over to the ranks of towering shelves, and goes down farthest most isles.
INT. PHARMACY -- CONTINUOUS
The pharmacy assistant stands in an isle between the towering shelves. She glances at the prescription forum, glances upwards, and GROANS.
PHARMACY ASSISTANT
Damn! Why are all these fucking orders so up high today?
The pharmacy assistant puts the prescription forum between her teeth, grips a vertical support bar, and starts climbing up the shelves like a monkey.
The pharmacy assistant stands on a shelve approximately five feet of the floor.
She picks through bins on the top shelve examining drug bottles and putting them back in succession.
CLOSE SHOT - PHARMACY ASSISTANT'S MIDRIFFS
A HAND holding a hypodermic syringe with the needle buried in pharmacy assistant's belly button region thumbs the plunger home, and withdraws the syringe needle from girl's body.
CLOSE SHOT -- PHARMACY ASSISTANT
as she suddenly throws back and almost gulps down the prescription forum. She furiously spits out prescription forum out of her mouth, and bursts into tears.
PHARMACY ASSISTANT
(weeping)
Ouch! I snagged nail!
(beat)
No wonder they told me to use the ladder.
CLOSE SHOT - PHARMACY ASSISTANT'S MIDRIFFS
A pair of HANDS reach through the shelves, lifts and pulls on the decorative belt at the waist of the pharmacy assistant's uniform and hooks it over a bent over nail on the support bar.
CLOSE SHOT -- PHARMACY ASSISTANT
as the girl's head lolls around, and her eyelids begin to flutter.
PHARMACY ASSISTANT
(groggy)
Oh well, I at least it stopped hurting
The pharmacy assistant's eyelids flutter close. She lets out a SIGH and her hands loosen their grip on the support bar.
BACK TO SCENE
The pharmacy assistant falls down through her white, uniform dress anchored to the support bar, and THUDS to the floor. The girl body then crashes backwards into the shelving behind her. She sprawling on the floor in just her shoes, stockings, and underwear.
REVERSE ANGLE
as Julia enters the isle carry a satchel, glances down at the unconscious pharmacy assistant lying crumpled against the shelving. She shrugs at the fallen girl; then starts picking out drug bottles and puts them in her satchel.
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- DAY
A luxury sedan with a government roundel on side doors parks in main drive of the Mental Hospital. A tranquil and lovely oriental GIRL in chauffeurs uniform exits the vehicle. The CHAUFFER walks around to the other side of the sedan and opens the passenger door. An beautiful, aristocratic looking young woman, CIPRIANA TURCO, wearing an elegant business suit exits the sedan. Cipriana's personal assistant, ARIA ROCCA, an Amazonian looking young woman in plain pants exits the sedan behind her boss.
A hospital director DR. MOLINARI, a heavy set, middle aged woman wearing a lab coat greets Cipriana and Aria on the front steps. Cipriana’s chauffeurs gets back into the sedan and drive off.
INT. LOBBY -- DAY
Dr. Molinari struggles to keep paces with the rapidly walking Cipriana and Aria.
DR. MOLINARI
Oh Miss Turo, could you please reschedule your tour of this facility?
CIPRIANA
No.
ARIA
Dr. Molinari, Miss Turco is here as representative of the EU. Not even the Italian prime minister could forbid her entry to this hospital.
DR. MOLINARI
Miss Turo, please listen to me. The devil is in this hospital today. Three of our nurses have mysteriously been drugged into comas, and sexually assaulted some crazed lesbian patient.
Cipriana slows somewhat in her stride.
CIPRIANA
(incredulous)
What could one woman possibly do with another woman?
(adamant)
I'm here, and I'm going tour this facility come hell or high water.
DR. MOLINARI
Miss Turco, please at least ask the government send commandos down here to insure your safety.
Cipriana and Aria TITTER.
CIPRIANA
Combat commandos in an Italian hospital. That's a ludicrous thing to suggest Dr. Molinari.
The V.I.P. ladies and Dr. Molinari reach the barred, prison like entrance to a hallway leading to the main part of the institution. Dr. Molinari goes to the reception desk and makes a phone call.
DR. MOLINARI
(to phone)
Operator, please page Nurse Gaetana Bartoli and have her report to the 1st floor nurse's station.
PA SYSTEM
(amplified)
Nurse Gaetana Bartoli, please see Dr. Molinari at the 1st floor nurse's station.
INT. TREATMENT ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Julia stares up at the wall mounted speaker in an upper corner of the room.
PA SYSTEM
(amplified)
Nurse Gaetana Bartoli please see Dr. Molinari at the 1st floor nurse's station.
The MUFFLED SCREAMS of a WOMAN fill the room as the PA system falls silent. The BUZZING SOUND of some electrically device comes on, and strives to match to the MUFFLED SCREAMS of the woman. The SCREAMS rise in VOLUME. The lights in the flicker, and dim; then shine with full brightness. The BUZZING and SCREAMING SOUND ceases also.

DR. MOLINARI
(to Cipriana)
I'm going to have Nurse Gaetana Bartoli escort you around the facility. She is an expert in the martial arts. If anyone can protect you here it is her.
(to phone)
Hello Gaetana?
(beat)
This Dr. Molinari. Please come downstairs and escort two ladies from government through the hospital.
(beat)
Thank you, bye.
(to Cipriana)
Gaetana, we meet you at the 1st. floor nurses station just down the hall.
INT. TREATMENT ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Julia removes a pair of surgical gloves and a plastic apron, and drops them in a trash can beside to the door to the treatment room.
ANGLE ON -- JULIA
SHOT TROUGH THE WIDE SPREAD LEGS of some WOMAN lying on gynecologist table with her knees in the stirrups. The woman wears white nylons, and nurse shoes. Julia opens the door and exits the treatment room.
BACK TO SCENE
Julia exits the treatment room and closes the door behind her.
HIGH ANGLE SHOT -- NURSE
lying bound and gagged on gynecologist table with her uniform ripped open all the way down the front. Wires run from a piece of electrical equipment, and disappear under the gag, bra and panties of the electrocuted nurse.
INT. HALLWAY -- LATER
Cipriana, Aria, and Dr. Molinari arrives at junction in hallway near the 1st floor nurse's station and a short hall leading to pair of elevators.
ARIA
Dr. Molinari, isn't there some pressing manner that nears you attention somewhere?
Cipriana and Aria stare at Dr. Molinari coolly; then the doctor gets the message and walks off.

DR. MOLINARI
Of course, excuse me.
One of the elevators by the nurse's station CHIMES. Cipriana and Aria walk towards the elevators. The doors open and the statuesque Nurse Gaetana Bartoli walks out.
GAETANA
Hello, I'm Nurse Bartoli. Please call me Gaetana.
Aria stares at Nurse Bartoli's uniform which doesn't have a name badge like all the other nurses at the hospital wear.
ARIA
Gaetana, what happened to your name badge?
Gaetana inhales sharply.
INSERT -- FLASHBACK
INT. GAETANA'S OFFICE -- EARILIER
Gaetana sits in a chair of her small office watching TV.
A SHADOW FIGURE comes up behind Gaetana and sprays an aerosol mist past her face. Geatana SIGHS DEEPLY and slums back in her chair.
A HAND removes Gaetana's name badge.
BACK TO SCENE
Gaetana exhales sharply.
GAETANA
I'm afraid I lost it on the bus to work this morning.
Cipriana and Aria give each other look. Then stare at Gaetana.
Gaetana pulls a slim wallet from a pocket of her uniform and offers it Aria.
GAETANA
That's my hospital ID card and my state nursing credentials if you want proof of my identity.
Aria hands the wallet back Gaetana.
ARIA
Thank you Gaetana, you're being most helpful.
INT. DR. MOLINARI'S OFFICE -- LATER
Dr. Molinari is sitting shoveling ice-cream from pint size container into her mouth. The telephone on her desk rings. She stabs her spoon into the ice-cream container, wipes off her mouth, and picks up the telephone receiver.
DR. MOLINARI
Molinari here.
INT. EXAM ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
TRAVIATA MOLINARI, a heavy set girl like her mother Dr. Molinari, clutches a telephone receiver as she stares at the body of savaged WOMAN who wearing nothing but a pair white nylons and nurse shoes.
INTER-CUT BETWEEN DR. MOLINARI AND TRAVIATA
TRAVIATA
Oh Mamma, I found a murdered nurse in an exam room. At least I think she must be a nurse because she's still wearing a pair of white nylons and pair of nurse shoes. There’s a ruined nurse's uniform on the floor with a name tag that reads, 'Fontana RN'.
Dr. Molinari covers her mouth in shock.
DR. MOLINARI
Who do you think the dead nurse is?
TRAVIATA
I can't tell Mamma. He face is all beat up.
DR. MOLINARI
Well, go examine her body and look for some distinguishing marks, but tell me her height and build first.
TRAVIATA
She is about a hundred sixty-eight centimeters tall, and weighs maybe fifty-sevens kilograms.
DR. MOLINARI
What color is her hair?
TRAVIATA
near hysteria
Mamma, The girl’s entire scalp has been cut off!
DR. MOLINARI
Calm down Traviata my sweat. Go examine the girl's body report and report back to me.
INT. DR. MOLINARI'S OFFICE -- CONTINUOUS
Dr. Molinari crease her brow as if trying figure who the dead nurse could be.
INT. EXAM ROOM -- MOMENTS LATER
Traviata closely examines the girl's legs. She sees a small, metal disc caught up in the laces of one nurse shoes. She pries off the shoe with the disc and hurries back to the phone.
TRAVIATA
Mamma, I found a medallion on one of the girl's shoes with the name 'Castilli' on it.
beat
Oh Mamma, there's some female maniac running this hospital in a nurse's uniform. We need the police!
DR. MOLINARI
Traviata, our family does not call the police. We will handle this matter ourselves.
INT. DR. MOLINARI'S OFFICE -- MOMENTS LATER
Dr. Molinari removes an automatic pistol from a briefcase, screws a silencer over the muzzle, and chambers a round into the breech. She takes handful of spare ammunition clip from the case, and drops them in one pocket of her lab coat.
INT. HALLWAY, SECOND FLOOR -- LATER
A NURSE walks up to a door labeled: FEMALE LOCKER ROOM. Then pauses when she sees a bio-hazard decal on the door, and a note taped below it that reads: NO ENTRY BIO-HAZARD.
INT. LADY'S LOCKER, SECOND FLOOR -- CONTINUOUS
EIGHT NURSES, including a NURSE who wears a name tag on the breast of her white uniform that reads: CASTILLI RN, stand before their respective lockers taking off their nurse uniforms.
INT. UTILITY ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Dr. Molinari with her pistol down held down at her side watches as Traviata shoves the end of a rubber hose that is connected to a large gas cylinder down an open floor drain . She finishes shoving the hose down the drain, and then sprays some foaming plastic from an aerosol can into the drain opening to make an air tight seal. She rises to her feet and faces Dr. Molinari.
GIRL
Oh Mamma, shouldn't you just call the police.
DR. MOLINARI
No Traviata, this is a matter honor.
(beat)
Beside a woman in that locker room is a vicious killer. Do you want us all to wind up dead like people in some stupid American slasher movie?
TRAVIATA
No Mamma, but there are six or seven other nurses in there who haven't done anything.
DR. MOLINARI
Traviata, open that valve when I tell you to.
Dr. Molinari puts the muzzle of her pistol to her temple.
DR. MOLINARI
Or I shall have kill myself to avoid dishonor.
TRAVIATA
(scared)
No Mamma, I do it!


INT. LADY'S LOCKER, SECOND FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
The nurses in the locker room, with towels wrapped around themselves, some with shower caps, close up their lockers and head for the shower room.
INT. UTILITY ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Dr. Molinari and her daughter TRAVIATA hear the SOUND of RUSHING WATER coming from the pipes overhead. Traviata grabs the knob of the valve handle.
DR. MOLINARI
No, let us wait a few minutes Traviata. The gas will be more effective after the girls' pores have opened up a bit.
(smirks)
I had the maintenance.

INT. SHOWER ROOM -- LATER
Bellowing clouds of steam fills the shower room, and for the most part, conceals the naked bodies of the bathing nurse. The nurse luxuriate in the steamy jets of water spraying down from the shower heads.
NURSE-3
Oh this heavenly.
NURSE-4
Yes, I’ve never seen the showers with this much hot water before.
INT. UTILITY ROOM -- CONTINUOUS
Traviata stands with her hand gripping the valve release knob.
DR. MOLINARI
Now Traviata.
Traviata grimaces and starts twisting the valve open.
NURSE CASTILLI
I heard some overlord from the EU was inspecting this place today.

NURSE-4
Oh, I get it. They want to make this hospital to seem like a nice place to work.
LOW ANGLE -- SHOWER ROOM FLOOR
WOMEN'S LAUGHTER fills the shower room, as curls of white vapor start to rise from the floor drain.
BACK TO SCENE
The nurse closest the central floor drain in the shower room, Nurse Castilli, suddenly goes into convulsions. She grabs at her belly, and jackknifes over at the waist.
NURSE-4
Get a grip Castilli, it was that funny!
Nurse Castilli's body starts to tremble violently for a moment; then she falls on her side to the shower room floor kicking and shaking. The others nurse rush over to Nurse Castilli. Then they too fall into convulsions like Castilli when get near her body and floor drain. In seconds all the nurses are lying sprawled out in tangled heap on the shower room floor dead with jets of still steaming water hitting them.
INT. UTILITY ROOM -- MOMENTS LATER
Dr. Molinari nods sadly to Traviata.
DR. MOLINARI
I think we can turn off the water to lady's locker room now. I sure the nurses in there have finished their shower by now.
INT. HALLWAY, SECOND FLOOR -- LATER
Dr. Molinari and Traviata are down the hallway by a nurse's station when the PA system comes on.
PA SYSTEM
(amplified)
Dr. Molinari, Line-4 please.
(amplified)
Dr. Molinari, Line-4 please
Dr. Molinari and Traviata walk over the nurse's station to use the telephone.

DR. MOLINARI
Dr. Molinari here.
INT. GAETANA'S OFFICE -- CONTINUOUS
Julia sits on the edge of the desk in Gaetana's empty office with a telephone receiver to her ear.
JULIA
(panic-stricken)
Dr. Molinari! I found Gaetana dead in a janitor's closet with her mouth full of sandwich and complete nude!
(beat)
Wait up here? Are you mad? I'm getting out this slaughter house and never coming back!
Julia slams the receiver back down in its cradle.
INT. HALLWAY -- CONTINUOUS
Dr. Molinari drops the phone receiver to the counter and covers her mouth with a trembling hand. She grabs Traviata by arm and they start walking down the corridor.
TRAVIATA
What is Mamma--Doctor?
DR. MOLINARI
(frantic)
There's another kill inside the hospital, and she's posing as Nurse Gaetana Bartoli!

INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- LATER
Cipriana, Aria, and Nurse Bartoli enter the ward through a pair of double doors. They stop at the counter serving as the nurse's desk.
GAETANA
We're here to see the nurses who were attacked.
The one of the two NURSES behind the desk, NURSE-5, points at a curtained off area to one side of ward.
NURSE-5
They’re in there, but they're comatose so you won't be able to talk with them.
CIPRIANA
We just want to look in on the poor dears. We don't have talk with them.
Cipriana, Aria, and Nurse Bartoli start walking towards curtained area. NURSE-6 comes around behind the counter, and goes with them. Nurse-5 sits back down behind the counter.
INT. CURTAINED AREA -- MOMENTS LATER
Nurse-6 holds aside the curtain, and three visitor enter the curtained area.
The two NURSES from the day room lie neatly tucked in their bed, and they appear to be just sleeping. The pharmacy assistant on the other hand lies in traction with her head wrapped in bandages.
INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Nurse-5 sits behind the counter doing paperwork.
CLOSE SHOT -- NURSE-5
as a HAND clamps a wad of cotton her over nose and mouth. Nurse-5 struggles for a BEAT; then she falls unconscious with a SIGH.
LOW ANGLE SHOT -- NURSE-5
as her body crumples to floor behind the counter of the nurse's desk
INT. CURTAINED AREA -- MOMENTS LATER
Cipriana sits beside the pharmacy assistant's bed staring at the girl. Aria removes a clipboard from the foot of Nurse Vedette Fontana's bed. She looks at the patient chart.
ARIA
(to Nurse-6)
Nurse, we were told the assailant drugged all these nurses into a coma.
NURSE-6
Yes Miss, that is correct.
ARIA
This chart says that Nurse Fontana has been under sedation since she got here.
NURSE-6
Miss, there must be some mistake.
ARIA
The mistake was in leaving a paper trail of your, shall we irregularities, with these incidents.
CIPRIANA
Nurse, I think you should call Dr. Molinari here at once to answer some questions for us.
NURSE-6
(to Cipriana)
I'll go call her right now Miss.
ARIA
No! You will not call Dr. Molinari. You go find her yourself and bring her to us yourself.
Nurse-6 nurse nods her head in fear, turns on her heels, and strides out from curtained area.
INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- CONTINUOUS
Traviata pops up from her hiding place to the side of the nurse's desk, and grabs Nurse-6 from behind as walks by. She slaps her large wad of cotton of the nurse's face; then she drags the struggling nurse behind the counter.
ANGLE ON -- NURSE-6
as Traviata chloroforms her into unconsciousness, and drops her limp body down beside Nurse-5.
LOW ANGLE -- MOMENTS LATER
Dr. Molinari crouches over the bodies of the knocked out nurses with Traviata.
DR. MOLINARI
Traviata, give these nurses a strong sedative.
Dr. Molinari draws her pistol.
DR. MOLINARI
I'm going to assassinate our mysterious killer.
TRAVIATA
Yes mamma.
Traviata pulls drug vile and a syringe from inside her lab coat. She fills the syringe with drugs and picks up the arm of Nurse-5.
BACK TO SCENE
Dr. Molinari creeps up to the curtained area with her pistol out and ready.
ANOTHER ANGLE -- HOSPITAL WARD
The light streaming in through the window back lights the curtain area, and casts those behind the curtains into silhouettes.
BACK TO SCENE
Dr. Molinari sights her pistol on a silhouette behind the curtain wearing a nurse's cap.
HIGH ANGLE -- HOSPITAL WARD
Aria stands squarely between Nurse Bartoli and the muzzle of Dr. Molinari’s pistol.
INT. CURTAINED AREA -- CONTINUOUS
The visitors inside the curtained area hear a restrained BOOM like someone slamming a large book closed. Aria flinches, utters a SIGH, and drops to the ground. Nurse Bartoli turns to look down at the fallen Aria. Then more restrained BOOMS SOUND OUT. Three bullet holes stitch over the breast of Nurse Bartoli's uniform. The nurse staggers around in half circle. Her head jerks, and a spray of blood jets out from turned away face.
LOW ANGLE
The grotesquery shot up Nurse Bartoli collapse to the floor in a contorted position as the sitting Cipriana looks on terrified in B.G. Cipriana lets out a SIGHS, falls into a swoon, and slumps over sideways on the bed holding the pharmacy assistant.
INT. CURTAINED AREA -- MOMENTS LATER
Dr. Molinari and Traviata survey the carnage in the curtained area.

The fiend posing as Gaetana must have drugged her, like she did all her other victims.

with her eyes open a slit.
TRAVIATA
What do we do about Miss Turco and her assistant.
DR. MOLINARI
The EU isn't well liked by the Muslim community. We'll stage the two of them in their limousine and blow it up. The authorities will think a terrorist did it.
INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- CONTINUOUS
Julia stands beside curtain eavesdropping on the conversation going inside the curtained area.
TRAVIATA (O.S.)
Mamma, what about Miss Turco's driver? If she sees us standing at the curb with Cipriani and her assistant like this she'll radio the police.
DR. MOLINARI
Don't worry Traviata, I have it all figured out how we're going to this.
(beat)
Go get a couple gurneys we'll take Miss Turco and her assistant to a place with more privacy. Then I'll call a couple of nurse I have leverage with.
INT. ELEVATOR FOYER, BASEMENT -- LATER
The elevator CHIME SOUNDS, and the doors of the elevator slide open. NURSE SPERANZA RUSSO, who looks similar to Cipriani Turco, exits the elevator car.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- CONTINUOUS
Nurse Russo walks from the elevator foyer and goes down the corridor.
FROM A DARK SIDE CORRIDOR we see Nurse Russo leaves the main corridor, and go through a set of doors marked: MORGUE.
INT. MORGUE -- LATE
Nurse Russo stares down a Cipriani who lies on a morgue slab while she chews on a piece of gum. Aria's body lies on a neighboring slab next to Cipriana‘s.
NURSE RUSSO
I guess you're the bimbo I suppose to swap clothes with.
Nurse Russo unbuttons the front of her white, nurse's dress, and shrugs the garment down off her shoulders. She reaches behind her back and struggles with something.

NURSE RUSSO
(to herself)
Damn this fucking bra.
As Nurse Russo struggles to unfasten her bra she gradually turns her back more and more to the slab where Cipriani lies.
ANGLE ON -- CIPRIANI
as her eyes peek open slightly.
CLOSE SHOT -- NURSE RUSSO
as there is a HEAVY THUDDING SOUND. Nurse Russo’s eyes go wide; then fall shut and she drops down OUT OF FRAME.
CAMERA TILTS DOWN TO Nurse Russo lying sprawled out on the floor the unconscious with a heavy looking bone lying nearby.
INT. ELEVATOR FOYER, BASEMENT -- LATER
The elevator CHIME SOUNDS and the doors of the elevator slide open. NURSE BALBINA FIORENTINO, who looks similar to Amazonian ARIA ROCCA, exits the elevator car.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- CONTINUOUS
Nurse Fiorentino walks from the elevator foyer and goes down the corridor.
FROM A DARK SIDE CORRIDOR we see Nurse Fiorentino leave the main corridor, and enter the morgue.
INT. MORGUE -- MOMENTS LATER
As morgue doors bang shut behind Nurse Fiorentino, she HEARS frantic, muffled SHOUTS.
CIPRIANA
Help, help, somebody help me!
Nurse Fiorentino sees a pair of struggling female legs visible between a couple of morgue slabs. One set of legs obviously belongs to a uniformed nurse, while the other set legs are bare.
CUTAWAY SHOT -- CIPRIANA AND NURSE RUSSO
Cipriana, now wearing a nurse’s uniform, and holds the underwear clad body of Nurse Russo up above her. She throws punch after punch into the face of the unconscious nurse.
BACK TO SCENE
Nurse Fiorentino grabs a fire ax hanging on wall near the doorway rushes towards the struggling figures.
As Nurse Fiorentino skids to a stop beside the apparently struggling, she raise the fire ax over her head.
CIPRIANA
(garbled)
Help--she's--choking--me!
Without hesitation Nurse Fiorentino forcefully swings the fire ax down, and bashes the flat side of the ax head onto the head of the figure straddling Cipriana. The body of Nurse Russo tumbles sideways to the floor. Cipriana stares up at the statuesque nurse looming over her a fire ax in hand.
Nurse Fiorentino switches her grip on the fire ax to port arms and smiles widely at Cipriana like TV model hawking toothpaste.
NURSE FIORENTINO
(brightly)
Hello, you must be Nurse Russo.
Blinks her eyes for a moment at Nurse Fiorentino.
CIPRIANA
Yes, I'm Nurse Russo.
Nurse Fiorentino sets the fire ax down on a morgue slab, bends down, and extends her hand to Cipriana. Cipriana hesitantly takes the offered hand and climbs to feet.
NURSE FIORENTINO
(to herself)
Stupid me, like who else could be huh.
(to Cipriana)
Wow, what happened here anyway?
CIPRIANA
Well, I after I took the bitch's clothes off, I turned my back for a second and she was all over me.
NURSE FIORENTINO
I do that once in a while.
Cipriana looks askew at Nurse Fiorentino; who apparent is as dumb as she pretty and well built. Nurse Fiorentino takes off all of her clothes except for her bra and panties. Then she hops up on the morgue slab next to the one Cipriana was laying on.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Hurry up and wait.
CIPRIANA
Wait on what?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Some beautician is coming to dye our hair and give us make-up jobs.

INT. ELEVATOR FOYER, BASEMENT -- LATER
The elevator CHIME SOUNDS and the doors of the elevator slide open. A bombshell of a GIRL, with a knock out figure steps out the elevator car apprehensively. The girl, BEAUTICIAN ALMA POSSENATO, wears a short white beauticians coat over her ultra short mini-dress and carries boxy satchel. Alma looks around as if uncertain of her bearings; then she walks slowly from the elevator foyer with her high-heel sandals CLICKING LOUDLY on the floor.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Alma CLICKS her away down the corridor glancing at the signs on doors she passes along the way. She pauses outside one door.
ANGLE ON -- DOOR
which is a conventional door with a knob. A crud looking sign on the door reads: MORGUE.
ANOTHER ANGLE -- CORRIDOR
as Alma opens the door labeled MORGUE. The room beyond is dark. She walks inside the room, finds a light switch, and turns on the lights.
INT. LABORATORY -- CONTINUOUS
Alma sees that the room is not the morgue, but some sort of laboratory.
ANGLE ON -- ALMA
as Julia comes up behind her, and sticks her between the shoulder blades with the needle of a syringe.
BACK TO SCENE
Alma YELPS in fright; then languidly collapse to floor.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- CONTINUOUS
Julia glances down at Alma as she step's over the girls body.
JULIA
(to Alma)
My, aren't we ravishing.
Julia grabs Alma under the arms and drags her body back slightly so legs aren't blocking door.
INT. LABORATORY -- CONTINUOUS
Julia stands up with her arms tucked under Alma's incredible bust, and drags the unconscious beautician towards a dissection table by some large glass vivariums.
HIGH ANGLE -- SHOT
of Julia picking Alma up in her arms, and lays her body out on the dissection table.
FULL SHOT -- ALMA
as Julia takes off her shoes.
DISSOLVE TO:
Alma lying on the dissection table prone while Julia drags off the girl's beautician's coat and dress. Julia then peels off the girl's nylons.
DISSOLVE TO:
Alma lying face up on the dissection table completely nude with the reflector of a gooseneck lamp tasted obscuring her pubic region.
BACK TO SCENE
Julia stares down at Alma's face and chest area.
Julia surveys the glass vivariums which hold all sorts of creepy creatures like scorpions, leeches, snakes, etc. Smiling Julia picks up a set of tongs, and walks towards glass vivariums.
INT. MORGUE -- LATER,
Nurse Fiorentino, her underwear clad body glossy with sweat, dances around on her feet like a boxer punching the hell out of an underwear clad WOMAN with her back TOWARDS CAMERA.
Cipriana stands off to side watching Nurse Fiorentino beating on Nurse Russo's body, which hangs like a side of beef from a chain hoist. After a number of beats, Nurse Fiorentino pause in her assault on Nurse Russo's body; then she throw one last haymaker punch that hits sends the girl's body spinning around.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Damn, that was fun. I feel like Rocky now. I wonder when dizzy beautician is going to get here?
CIPRIANA
I don't know we've been waiting here for over an hour now.
(beat)
Maybe we should put on these clothes and just go. You could wear a scarf to cover up the color of your hair.
NURSE FIORENTINO
No, we have to see the beautician first. Come on lets go look for her, maybe she got lost down here or something.
Nurse Fiorentino starts walking towards the morgue entrance.
CIPRIANA
What about the clothes we're supposed to wear?
Nurse Fiorentino shakes walks back over to a slab where Aria outfit lays on top of towel covered stand. She folds the clothes and shoes in the towel.
CIPRIANA
Wait, you not going to walk out of her like that are you?
Nurse Fiorentino looks down at her sweaty, underwear clad body. Then she thumps herself in the head.
NURSE FIORENTINO
You're right, I better wash all this sweat off me.
Cipriana looks on in apparent disbelief as Nurse Fiorentino grabs a bar of soap, and spray nozzle from a sink at the end of one slab and begins hosing herself off.
ANGLE ON -- CIPRAIANA
as she here back on Nurse Fiorentino and looks heavenwards.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Oh please, don't let start singing.
Cipriana drops her head as Nurse Fiorentino bursts into SONG.

EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- DAY
Cipriana's chauffer, LIEN QIU, climbs up a drain pipe running down an inside corner of the building, and steps onto the third floor ledge. Lien quickly, but gracefully begins side stepping along the ledge.
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- LATER
THROUGH WINDOW TO THIRD FLOOR NURSE'S LOUNGE.
SIX NURSES are seated inside the lounge watching TV.
INT. NURSE'S LOUNGE, THIRD FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
The outside window of the nurse's lounge SHATTERS inward. The nurses inside SHRIEK in fear. They look towards the window, and stare in disbelief at Lien Qui stands placidly inside the room in front of the broken out window.
Lien Qui nods pleasantly at the stunned nurses.
CLOSE SHOT -- LIEN QUI
LIEN QIU
Will the nurse who is the closest to me in height and stature please disrobe. I am in need of your nurse's ensemble.
BACK TO SCENE
The nurses stare Lien Qiu and each searchingly. Lien Qui points a NURSE with short, black hair sitting in the far corner of the room.
LIEN QIU
Nurse, you in the corner with the short, black hair.
NURSE FIORENTINO
I'm Nurse Roma Bertinelli.
LIEN QIU
Nurse Bertinelli, please divest yourself of your garments or I will take them from you.
Several nurses chorus at the chauffer.
NURSES
Like hell you will.

NURSE BERTINELLI cringes back in her chair as huge, lopsided fight breaks out in the nurse's lounge.
LOW ANGLE -- NURSE'S LOUNGE
BOOTED FEET with the SPEED of a humming bird's wings flickers amongst the LEGS of nurses in their white nylons and white shoes. The blur of motion is accompanied by a CHORUS SOUND OF; SCREAMS, BLOWS, VARIOUS CRIES OF PAIN, and then SILENCE.
BACK TO SCENE
Lien Qui stands before Nurse Bertinelli, who now lies sprawl back in her chair knocked out cold.
FULL SHOT -- SHORT HAIRED NURSE
SPECIAL EFECT as Lien Qui turns into blur of movement like speeding fan blade in front of the still seated and now unconscious Nurse Bertinelli.
CUT TO:
FULL SHOT -- NURSE BERTINELLI
Nurse Bertinelli now lies neatly lain back on her chair in nothing but her bra and panties.
SPECIAL EFECT as Lien Qui's again turns into blur of movement in front of Nurse Bertinelli.
CUT TO:
FULL SHOT -- NURSE BERTINELLI
now wearing Lien Qui's chauffeur’s uniform. Lien Qui herself is nowhere to be seen.
INT. HALLWAY, THIRD FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Lien Qui, resplendent in her newly discovered nurse's outfit walks down the hallway and while glancing at the tiny tracking device in her hand.
INT. NURSE'S LOUNGE, THIRD FLOOR -- LATER
Traviata holds the door open for her Dr. Molinari and she enters the nurse's lounge. The doctor stares open mouthed at the all the beat up, knocked nurses lying or sitting about. Traviata points to Nurse Bertinelli sitting in a corner chair wearing a chauffeur’s uniform.
TRAVIATA
It looks like Cipriana's chauffer burst in here and got into a big fight with all these nurses.
(beat)
She probably to steal a nurse's uniform, but the nurses managed to knock her out though.
DR. MOLINARI
I hope you gave something to that chauffer so she doesn't wake up on us.
TRAVIATA
Oh yes Momma, I gave her a heavy shot of sedative.
DR. MOLINARI
Excellent, take her down to the ward on the 8th floor for the time being.
TRAVIATA
Yes Momma.
Traviata grabs up Nurse Bertinelli, and sling the unconscious girl over her shoulder.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- LATER
Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino walk down the corridor in their underwear, banging her their fists on every door they pass. Cipriana stops and signals a halt.
CIPRIANA
Balbina, we've beat an entire circuit around the basement. I'm afraid the beautician isn't down here.
NURSE FIORENTINO
I guess your right.
(loudly)
Crap!
Nurse Fiorentino pounds her fist against the door she is standing beside.

FLASH CUT TO:
CUTAWAY SHOT -- JULIA
jerking her head away from the door to the laboratory and cupping her ear.
BACK TO SCENE
Nurse Fiorentino nods to Cipriana.
CIPRIANA
I guess your way is the only Speranza. Come on, lets go in this lab and get dressed.
CIPRIANA
We've been walking this basement in our underwear for a whole hour. Why don't we get dress right here?
NURSE FIORENTINO
No, I'm not getting dress out here in the hall--in public.
Nurse Fiorentino opens the door of the laboratory and walks inside. Cipriana follows with balled fists, shaking head at the heavens.
INT. LABORATORY -- MOMENTS LATER
The laboratory is in darkness except for the light cast by an x-ray display panel, where Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino stand getting dressed.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Damn, I would have to pick a lab where the lights are busted.
Cipriana finish putting on her boots. Then she cocks her head at the SOUND of a GHOSTLY MOAN.
CIPRIANA
Balbina, you said this was lab right?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Yeah.
CIPRIANA
Are there any mad scientists doing work down here?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Not that I know of, why?
CIPRIANA
Well, I think I heard something that sounded like some thing moaning a second ago.
Nurse Fiorentino turn quickly and starts walking deeper inside the lab.
NURSE FIORENTINO
If there's a real monster in here I want to see it.
Cipriana watches in disbelief at Nurse Fiorentino gropes her way through a laboratory where anything could be lurking about. Suddenly there's flood of light from high intensity lamp hanging over a sheet covered table by a bunch glass vivariums.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Nice going, finding the switch for this light Speranza.
Cipriana doubles over with her mouth open in a silent scream, and looks ready to piss her pants. After a moment she collects herself, opens her mouth to say something; then she head in defeat.
Nurse Fiorentino walks toward the table with the lumpy sheet covered form laying on it.
Cipriana, perhaps thinking safest place might nearer to Amazonian Nurse Fiorentino, walks towards the table under the lamp.
Upon nearing the table the two girls can more clearly hear the FAINT SOUND of a WOMAN MOANING in agony.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Lets see what's under the hood.
Nurse Fiorentino whips away the sheet, and see a nude girl lying on the table crawling with every small, scary looking creature know to man. Cipriana jerks her head down to look at the floor.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Look at this girl, who you think she--
(beat)
I said the girl Speranza, not the floor.
CIPRIANA
I'm more concerned about what might be crawling on the floor we're standing on.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Don't worry Speranza. Little creatures like these are more scared of us than we are of them.
(beat)
See.
Nurse Fiorentino waves her hand over the girl lying on the table, and many of the creatures scamper off their victim. All but the big leeches tastefully covering girl's large breasts and pubic region that is.
INTER-CUT -- JULIA
gazes with disbelief at the recklessness of Nurse Fiorentino has just done
BACK TO SCENE
NURSE FIORENTINO
Damn, I know that woman.
CIPRIANA
Who is she?
NURSE FIORENTINO
She's Dr. Molinari's beautician. She was the one who was suppose to come down here make us over.
Cipriana looks away for the horrible sight of the beautician, and then sees something back towards the front door. She points at what she sees.
CIPRIANA
Balbina, that case over by the door looks like a beautician's case.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Hmm, I wonder what happened to her clothes?
INTER-CUT -- JULIA
silently dragging the pile of the beautician's clothing back of a table out of sight.
CIPRIANA
(terrified)
Oh please Balbina, lets just taken the girl's beautician case get out of here.
NURSE FIORENTINO
What are you scared off?
CIPRIANA
I'm not the one who turned on this light!
NURSE FIORENTINO
Oh, well then getting out of here sounds like a good idea.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino back their way out of the laboratory with varying degrees of haste.
INSERT -- C.U. ALIEN CREATURE
the size of large cockroach scampers with great speed around the door frame of the laboratory, and down the corridor along the baseboard. The creepy, crawling, whatever it is goes unnoticed by Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Well, at least we got the stuff to make our selves over.
CIPRIANA
Balbina, we need to get the hell basement. There's some psychopath running around this hospital killing staff women and stealing uniform.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Crap, I hated it when that happens.
JULIA
Something like this has happen before here?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Every once in while.
(beat)
These maniac girls go on the killing sprees every now and then. They’ll go on for a day or two; then we'll find sitting in the day room or some place like nothing every happened.
Cipriana shakes her head violently.
CIPRIANA
(yelling)
Oh, this really is madhouse!
NURSE FIORENTINO
No kidding.
Nurse Fiorentino leads Cipriana off down the corridor. They voices ECHO back down the corridor because of some strange acoustic properties of the corridor.
NURSE FIORENTINO
It goes without saying, we should kill anybody we see dressed like a beautician.
CIPRIANA
Where are we headed to?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Seventh floor where they keep the well to do crazies.
Suddenly the corridor lights all fail at once. A GIRL SCREAMS. Another WOOPS in surprise. Then the emergency light come on, and Cipriana is sitting cradled Nurse Fiorentino's arms.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Oh Cipriana.
CIPRIANA
You know who?
NURSE FIORENTINO
Oops, that kind of blurted out.
(beat)
You want me to put down?
CIPRIANA
No, I can't take it anymore. Do what you want with me.
Cipriana then tilts her head and falls into a swoon.
INT. BASEMENT CORRIDOR -- LATER
Nurse Fiorentino emerges from the morgue again wearing her nurse's uniform. She carries the passed Cipriana, redressed in Nurse Russo's uniform, with her down the corridor like the monster with heroine scene in some old horror movie.
INT. MORGUE -- LATER
Lien Qui looks at Aria's nude corpse sadly and turns to walk away. Then looks down quickly at something on the floor and screams hysterically. She back peddles with no grace whatsoever.
Her foot trips over the bone saw Cipriana dropped on the floor.
Lien Qui falls backwards still screaming hysterically.
LOW ANGLE -- LIEN QUI
hitting the floor and knock herself out cold when the back of her head THUMPS to tile floor.
The escaped creepy, crawler alien thing pauses before Lien Qui's out spread feet; then it crawls forward between her legs.
CLOSE SHOT -- LIEN QUI
as she becomes semi-conscious. Then she throws her forward and looks down the length of her body.
LIEN QIU
Oh, not there--Oh!
Lien Qui's head jerks once and she passes out completely once again.
INT. HOSPITAL ROOM-707, SEVENTH FLOOR -- LATER
Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino are knowing each other and steaming up the sheets in a hospital bed. Their clothes, nursing and civilian, lie scattered by the door.
LOW ANGLE
A HAND reaches inside the room takes the clothing Cipriana and Aria worn to the hospital.
INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- LATER
NURSE DONETTA POLETTI sits in a chair facing the unconscious Nurse Roma Bertinelli who lies on a bed in Lien Qui’s chauffeur’s uniform. Nurse Poletti, apparently fearful of girl wearing chauffer uniform, holds an syringe clinched in her fist.
LOW ANGLE SHOT -- FEET
shoeless, in white nylon padding silently on the floor.
CLOSE SHOT -- NURSE POLETTI
as ONE HAND clamps over her mouth, while a SECOND HAND wrapped around her hand, and shoves the needle of the nurse’s own syringe into her neck.
BACK TO SCENE
Julia smirks as Nurse Poletti slides from her chair and sprawls out on the floor unconscious.
INT. NURSE'S STATION, SEVENTH FLOOR EAST -- LATER
NURSE CARINA CYBO, who wears a nurse's uniform with a rather short hemline, and white high-heel pumps instead of regular nurse shoes languidly stands in front of filing cabinet looking through files in a drawer.
NURSE FABRIZIA GALLIANO sitting behind the counter doing paperwork. She is wearing a nurse's outfit identical to Nurse Cybo‘s. Beside Nurse Galliano sits NURSE ENRICA ONGA, also wearing attire like that of Nurse Cybo, who is also doing paper work. The phone rings. Nurse Galliano picks up the receiver.
NURSE GALLIANO
Seventh floor nurse's station, Nurse Galliano.
beat
Yes Doctor.
Nurse Galliano hangs up the phone. She turns to Nurse Onga sitting beside her.
NURSE GALLIANO
(to Nurse Ogna)
Dr. Aretino needs an extra large dildo.
NURSE ONGA
Don't we all.
NURSE GALLIANO
(interrupted)
Go get one and give it to her--
Nurse Cybo GIGGLES over by the file cabinet.
NURSE ONGA
I'll give to her In the usual place.
Nurse Cybo GIGGLES as Nurse Onga leaves the nurse's station.
INT. SUPPLY ROOM -- LATER
Nurse Onga turns from the shelves with a plastic wrapped, extra large dildo in her hand. She almost bums into Julia standing directly behind her.

(lightly)
Excuse me sweaty.
Julia lightly scratches Nurse Onga across one cheek with the needle of a syringe. Nurse Ogna instantly collapse to floor.

INT. NURSE'S STATION, SEVENTH FLOOR EAST -- LATER
There's a BEEP and a light on the consol LIGHTS UP. Nurse Galliano glances over at the console.
NURSE GALLIANO
(to Nurse Cybo)
Room-705 Nurse Giggles.
Nurse Cybo pouts at Nurse Galliano as she flounces from the nurse's station.
INT. HOSPITAL ROOM-705 -- LATER
Nurse Cybo opens the door and steps into Room-705.
CLOSE SHOT -- NURSE CYBO
as HAND clamps a thick wade of cotton over her nose and mouth. Nurse MOANS in surprise; then her eyelids droop shut.
BACK TO SCENE
Julia, now wearing Nurse Ogna's uniform, drags the limp Nurse Cybo by the waist over to the rooms hospital bed. She lays her out supine. She takes out a pair of scissors swiftly begins cutting away the nurse's uniform.
INT. NURSE'S STATION, SEVENTH FLOOR EAST -- LATER
Julia walks up behind Nurse Galliano sitting behind the counter, and clamps a wad of cotton over her face. The nurse MOANS; then goes limp. Julia grabs up Nurse Galliano, hoists the unconscious girl over her shoulder, leaves the nurse's station.
INT. HOSPITAL ROOM-705 -- LATER
Nurse Cybo sluggishly awakes on the hospital bed redressed in the clothing of beautician Alma Possenato. She gets to her feet, and regards her new attire with open mouthed shock. She staggers to the door, and tried to open it but it won’t open. She staggers over the connecting door for the hospital room next door.
INT. HOSPITAL ROOM-707, SEVENTH FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Cipriana and Nurse Fiorentino, in the process of putting on the their nurse uniforms, look up startled as they hear a BANGING NOISE on the connecting door for the hospital room next their room.
Nurse Fiorentino grabs up a wooden chair, and stands to one side of the doorway. She nods for Cipriana to open the door. Nurse Cybo stumbles into the room and Nurse Fiorentino smashes the chair over Nurse Cybo's head. The chair shatters over the girl's with a CRASH and she falls to the floor in a heap.
CIPRIANA
Oh Balbina is dead!
Nurse Fiorentino kids Nurse Cybo's in the side. The knocked girl MOANS weakly.
CIPRIANA
Do something Balbina! Before she gets up and kills us!
Nurse Fiorentino jerks her head towards the window.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Open the window Cipriana. I'll finish her off.
Cipriana hurries to the window and tries to open it. Nurse Fiorentino picks Nurse Cybo and holds her body like a battering ram. Then she rushes headlong at the window.
NURSE FIORENTINO
Get out of way Cipriana!
Cipriana YELPS and dives out of away as Nurse Fiorentino hurls Nurse Cybo at the window.
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- CONTINUOUS
As Lien Qui walks down the steps of the hospital's main entrance she HEARS glass SHATTER, and WOMAN SCREAMING like a fire truck siren. She looks around, see nothing; then looks up just as Nurse Cybo crashes into her.

INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- LATER
Dr. Molinari and Traviata survey the beat to a pulp body of NURSE POLETTI lying in the stairwell door at the end of the ward.
DR. MOLINARI
Damn, that lousy chauffer escaped!
(beat)
I should have had more nurse guarding her.
Dr. Molinari pulls out a mini-Uzi submachine with silencer from under her coat.
DR. MOLINARI
Come on Traviata, lets get after her before the drug wear off her completely.
INT. STAIRWELL LANDING, SEVENTH FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Nurse Galliano groggily wakes up lying on stairwell landing wearing the outfit Cipriana arrived at the hospital in. Beside her on landing she sees Nurse Bertinelli in chauffeur’s outfit.
POV DR. MOLINARI
sighting over her submachine gun at what appears to be Cipriana and her chauffer on the landing below.
BACK TO SCENE
The CHATTER of a suppressed machine gun fire erupts in the stairwell, and Nurse Galliano jerks and twitches under the fusillade bullets. Nurse Bertinelli, deeply unconscious, shows no reactions to hail of lead which sweeps over her body.
INT. STAIRWELL -- MOMENTS LATER
Dr. Molinari rise the barrel of smoking submachine gun to survey the bullet riddle bodies on the landing below. Traviata stares at mother awe struck.
TRAVIATA
Gosh Mamma, that neat! It was just like the Butch and Sundance movie only better!

Dr. Molinari smiles Traviata; then they spit at the bodies lying below them.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- DAY
SUPER: THE NEXT DAY
INT. LOADING DOCK -- DAY
MEN wearing business suits drag female CORPSES, most of which wear nurse uniforms, into the back of refrigerated truck.
EXT. MENTAL HOSPITAL -- LATER
Fresh faced YOUNG NURSE troop from a school bus for some nursing school at the main entrance, while a refrigerated truck goes down the main drive.
INT. HOSPITAL WARD, EIGHTH FLOOR -- MOMENTS LATER
Nurse Cipriana Turco and Nurse Fiorentino gaze sadly at Lien Qui lying unconscious in a hospital bed.
CIPRIANA
Be strong Lien Qui, we'll nurse back to health, you poor thing.
INT. DAY ROOM -- LATER
Julian, now wearing pajamas again, sits on a sofa watching the day room TV. A GIRL in pajamas sit down beside her. The girl turns to Julia.
GIRL
I feeling slaughter every nurse I can get my hands on in this place.
JULIA
It's been done.
Julia give the girl a sidelong glance.
JULIA
But never by two people before.
