Agent Emily and the ATA

Post by esercito sconfitto »

MI5 report 7th May 1940 The Loss of Spitfire PA02 to Abwehr agent known as Emily.

Classification Secret...Most Secret...FYEO

Emily was first spotted in Liverpool, leaving the overnight packet steamer from Dublin. Three agents began tailing her (as our Friends in the FBI would say). Emily would however to have a more intimate knowledge of the back streets of Liverpool than our own agents(Action note from "M"...check all photos of female employees of the German Hamburg line that used this port prior to the conflict). The two male agents lost her in a Public House.

The female agent... code name-Honey...found her, or more exactly Emily found her. She forced our agent into the back of the sections own car (a black 1939 Packard) at gunpoint and drove into a disused warehouse.

She assured our agent she would not be killed if she obeyed. Knowing Emily's reputation our agent decided (very sensibly "M") to be compliant. She was made to strip naked and had her wrists firmly tied behind her back. Emily then forced her to drink a small vial of clear liquid. At once, she became very woozy and started to struggle.

The German agent then started a gentle oral interrogation, stroking Honey in an intimate fashion to calm the whimpering girl down. (Emily as is well known can be extremely persuasive and is naturally equipped with a skilful tongue. A very cunning linguist indeed "M"). Our agent says that her own heartbeat became raised, as Emily's oral powers got to work and the drugs sped swiftly through her prone form, she blacked out in less than a minute.

Emily must have then driven off in the sections car leaving our agent secured to one of the warehouse pillars. She was naked, bound with her stockings and gagged with her panties. {See Appendix 1}

Emily route can be traced by the petrol she obtained by using the Sections Ration coupons. Driving all night, she skirted London and arrived at Twyford Railway Station by dawn.

The Station Master well remembers a very polite American female reporter driving a black 1939 Packard with New York number plates (Action note from "M"... how the bloody hell did she get them...did Goering's boys parachute them to her...must be a fifth columnist working in one of the garages she stopped at...find the treasonous devil!). He recalls her asking the time of the London service and even running his aunt to the local doctor for her appointment as well as giving him a pack of American coffee. He cannot recall exactly what time she left, but believes it was after the London train arrived as he saw her chatting to an ATA woman in the station buffet.

The ATA pilot was one Jennifer Sandown a Third officer, she has been thoroughly debriefed by our Buckingham section officers (not as thoroughly debriefed as she was by Emily I expect "M") Miss Sandown was a new recruit to the ATA and was very flattered by the attention of, who she thought at the time was an American reporter. She maintains however, that she did not divulge any information at that time. Emily, for it undoubtedly was her suggested that she run Miss Sandown to White Waltham airbase.

On the way, it being a pleasant spring day Emily suggested they stop for a picnic in a secluded spot. However, once they had alighted the car she rammed a pistol into Miss Sandown's left breast and demanded information.

Miss Sandown says that a struggle ensued (Brave if rather foolhardy young lady "M") which not surprisingly Miss Sandown lost. She ended up over Emily's knees, skirt half way up her back with the German agent spanking her panty-clad backside with a bedroom slipper taken from Miss Sandown's suitcase. The spanking went on for over five minutes until as Miss Sandown reports "My poor behind was glowing cherry red and I could not see for tears or breath properly because of my uncontrollable sobbing."

Emily then relented and demanded the information...that understandably was this time handed over. The poor ATA was then ordered to strip.

Emily insisted on assisting the defeated woman out of her clothing, including her stockings, suspenders and knickers. Once naked Miss Sandown was marched, with her hands on her head into the wood. At which point she thought the enemy agent was going to execute her. She was ordered to kneel by a tree, Emily apologised for the inconvenience and the embarrassment that her actions would cause Miss Sandown, and she then kissed the woman and still with a smile on her face, she punched Miss Sandown's lights out.

When Miss Sandown came too, she was secured to a tree, bound hand and foot. A panty girdle had been stuffed in her mouth and was cleaved gagged with a stocking.

There she remained for two days until found by a scout troop. After being untied and provided with a blanket to cover her modesty, one of the scouts proffered the panty girdle to her, at which point the near hysterical Miss Sandown was almost sick...for the underwear was not hers and it had a German makers mark.

Mean while Emily, now posing as the unfortunate Pilot Sandown arrived at the ATA headquarters at White Waltham. She wore not only the pilot's trousers, jacket blouse and tie...but according to a couple more female pilots, she had Ward Department issue underwear on as well.

Being the new girl, she obviously would not be allocated anything like a Spitfire of Hurricane to ferry straight away but was tasked with the delivery of a Westland Lysander on the following day.

Emily speedily made her self very well known to several ATA girls and is even believed to have posed for photographs with some of them (this being the only decent one"M")

Emily must have seen the roster and noted the name of the next woman pilot allocated a Spitfire delivery. For that very afternoon, she made her way to the pilots’ ready room and lured the unsuspecting female...one Mrs June Rodders...out to a storage hut at the airfields edge. She over powered the woman who's screams and cries for help were drowned out by the noise of the aircraft taking off and landing.

Mrs Rodders reports that Emily told her because she had struggled she would be punished and the poor pilot was ordered to get naked.
Once discommoded, she was marched into the back of the hut, hogtied,, crotch roped and breast bound and had to watch as Emily...who she describes as a very attractive woman...dress in Mrs Rodders knickers, stockings and uniform before gagging the squirming woman with the panties that had started the day gracing the lower body of Miss Sandown.

A long spanking session ensued in which Emily gave no quarter. Leaving a sobbing and well-hidden Mrs Rodders to her fate, Emily cockily dressed in her flying suit with helmet and goggles concealing her identity simply flew the Spitfire away {see appendix 2}

Note our Radio Location devices picked the aircraft up as it crossed the coast heading towards occupied Denmark, but too late to vector any Fighter command aircraft to intercept......

{Appendix 1} Leave of absence for agent Honey...As it is well known agent Honey was found later the following day by a group of drunken merchant sailors...with the obvious results...As the men had not only their own ship but also their first rescue vessel torpedoed from under them...and with current mortality rates among the Merchant Marine it is unlikely that any of these men will survive the war it is decided that no action should be taken against them. Honey should be granted the requisite leave of nine months...unpaid of course...

{Appendix 2} Spitfire PA02 while very regrettable to loose any aircraft...it was luckily the second prototype Spitfire that the German agent took. It had a fixed wooden propeller, rather than the Rotor vari-pitch, a Kestrel engine rather than the latest mark of the Merlin, had no armour, and was on its way to shadow factory CB to have these items retrofitted. Therefore, we can but hope that the rather poor performance of this machine will lull the Luftwaffe into a false sense of security and indeed help our cause...
