The collection of information that verified data from the Ultra source was obtained by agent Nadine.

Method

Nadine infiltrated the Merchant Naval Officers club in Tripoli on the 7th...8th and 10th February disguised as an "Exotic" French dancer one Mademoiselle Fefe Chatte.

Obtaining the Disguise and Subduing the Identity Donor

Nadine first ascertained that the mademoiselle had just arrived in Tripoli from Paris and thus, with the exception of her accompanying minder who also acted as a maidservant, she was unlikely to be known by anyone in the city.

At dawn Nadine entered the French woman’s hotel and went to the adjoining room of her servant and bodyguard. The woman, a lady of some thirty years of age was asleep when Nadine entered her room. By the application of a cotton pad and a little chloroform Nadine ensured that, after a very brief and almost silent struggle, the woman returned to that blissful state. That is long enough for Nadine to bind the maid with the woman’s own silk stockings and gagged her with a pair of worn knickers.

To ensure the maid would not be able to raise the alarm Nadine took the precaution of wrapping the woman from head to toe in a silk sheet and slipping her under the bed.

The “mummified” woman was then held in place face down with taught bindings running from each substantial bed leg and with the counterpane dropped, the woman was effectively, immobilised, silenced and well hidden .So effectively that should a cleaner service the room she would have had to get on her hands and knees and peer under the bed to discovery the secured woman.

Nadine quietly entered the dancers suite. The Frenchwoman was taking a bath while an Italian pilot dozed naked on the bad. Nadine was able to neutralise him with the use of her Welrod with out warning the bathing woman. She dragged the body into the maids room and hid it under the bed with the maid. (the pilots uniform and boots are now in the North African sections store)

The French woman was taken by surprise as she dressed in her underwear in the bathroom.

Nadine following standard procedure, subdued her by clamping a hand over the woman’s mouth and nose. The agent should be complemented, as despite the dancers some times violent struggles, Nadine held on until the lack of oxygen caused the squirming dancer to collapse.

Once back in the bedroom and having revived the now very scared woman, Nadine interrogated her verbally for a good hour. Nevertheless the Mademoiselle held out on important details. Using her initiative, Nadine gagged the dancer with the pilots underpants and socks, then pulling the sullen woman over her knee spanked her pert bottom for five minutes until it glowed red and the French collaborator was sobbing.

The dancer then answered much more truthfully. Believing, not without cause, she was likely to share the same fate as her lover she began pleading with our agent. So much so that Nadine came to believe she would panic and cause a commotion. Therefore to placate the near hysterical woman Nadine had to promise her, her life.

After a large gin the French woman became pliant and stood hands raised in just her panties and shoes as our agent tried on her costume. Later the woman was persuaded, after a further spanking to phone the hotels front desk and rebook the rooms for another week and also to instruct the hotel that on no account cleaning to be done in the rooms.

What happened between the two women for the rest of the day agent Nadine remains reticent about. Not with standing Nadine left the hotel that night having securely bound and gagged the dancer on the bed.

The Disposal of the Identity Donor and the Clean Up Operation

Once Nadine had done one performance and had won the affections of several Naval Officers she obviously needed the rooms unhindered by the real dancer; her exhausted and sobbing maid and the now rather smelly ex-pilot.

Nadine showed once again her ingenuity in arranging with a local native criminal group who in exchange for the Dancer and her maid disposed of the pilot.

Although Nadine did find the horrified look on the French woman’s face as she was placed across a camels back and carried off, rather upsetting, She can at least console herself that:-
a) She secured valuable intelligence that would save many lives
b) Was able to obtain material with which to blackmail certain male members of the local Italian Fascist party.
c) kept her word to the dancer that she would not be killed (apparently the woman ended up in a desert sheiks harem and thus will never be able to cause a security breach )
