Covington Cross - pilot episode (1992)

Eleanor, the female lead of the series, pulls a double disguise truck in this episode. First, she poses as the wagon driver of an unsuspecting princess. Then she ties up the princess and dresses in her cloak.

She spots the real wagon driver (male or female - not clear) at 9:20. First disguised at 10:25. The rest of the scene begins at 12:15.
