Strike of the fallen angels
Can't seem to find this on YouTube anymore. It's a scene where several girls drags several Asian schoolgirls under a train bridge. After they rough them up, they steal their clothes and bikes. They let the girls go and they run off in their underwear. Anyone know where to find?
