Uniform Stealing Board

This is very much a “Women in Prison” B movie and isn’t that good- but there is a clothes stealing scene (which but doesn’t include stripping the victim). The entire scene starts at 1:14:00 I’ve not really worked out why one of them steals the Warden’s clothes/uniform - maybe you might !
