The Devas already know the Police know them and some of the Black Vipers scientists, and now Yoshida is a marked woman, whose name is in the SCU blacklist as Yumira spread the data from Suzuka’s computers to the whole Police force, thereby now they aware of Yoshida’s existence. Colonel Zenpachi and Captain Takatsu just have to cross the street to find the truck with Suzuka’s corpse on the hands of Deva and scientist fitting.
While Marcia and Yumira confront Yoshida, Mandy closes the truck’s rear doors and gets near the cab.
Marcia: Look who it is.
Yoshida: Ugh! [Sniffs] We got company!
Marcia: Who’ll pay for what…!?
Yoshida: You murderers!!! Butchers!!! You’ll pay for do-
Mandy: Talking to the wind, genius? Come on!
Yoshida: Uuugh… [Sniffs] You might have won this battle, but it’s not over yet!
Marcia: Where are you going, pussy!?!? Come here and fight!!!!
Marcia says as Yoshida hops into the truck cab. Next, the duo starts the engine and drive away. Colonel and Captain haven’t recognized the Deva thanks to her disguise, but they recognized the scientist, exactly as depicted in Suzuka’s data. Apparently, Yoshida either didn’t listen to Mandy’s suggestion of a cover or refused so.

Onboard the truck were two physicians waiting clearance from the Police to take Suzuka’s body to the morgue. Unfortunately for them they’ll never be able to make it, they were kidnapped by Mandy, had their clothing stolen, where tied up and stashed in the back of the truck and now are being taken to Mandy’s hideout…
