Heidi thumped her shoulder against the back door of the van and to her surprise it swung open. The stupid British woman hadn't even locked it! Assassin rule number one: if you're going steal someone's uniform, don't just tie them up, KILL THEM. Rule number two: if you're stupid enough not to kill them and opt for tying them up instead, then LOCK THE FUCKING VAN DOOR. Now all Heidi had to do was roll out of the van onto the ground and wriggle into sight while mmmmphing furiously through the gag. The British bitch would be caught, or shot, Ober Gruppen Fuhrer Merhoff would be saved, and she would be a heroine of the Third Reich.
But Heidi hesitated. That Merhoff was a nasty piece of work. He was always ogling Heidi's breasts and pinching her bottom. Once he even had his driver fake a breakdown just so he could spend the night in his car with her. Lecherous piece of crap. He deserved to die. And that British assassin, presumably she would be using the van for her getaway. If Heidi stayed put she would be taken away too. Tied up. And gagged. And what might happen when they got to the British hideout and Heidi would still be tied up. And gagged.
Heidi looked at the open van door and wondered if she could pull it shut with her nose.
