NYPD Officer Handcuffed - Uniform Steal

NYPD Officer Sophie Smith finds Penny Lee in the locker room and attempts to arrest Penny but when Penny resists, a fight is on and within minutes, the young police officer regrets her decision to go without backup finding herself forced to strip and to handcuff herself in the locker room

AHHH, THE LOCKER ROOM...SO MUCH CAN HAPPEN THERE.
TOO BAD YOU DIDN'T HAVE A LOCKER BIG ENOUGH TO STUFF THE POOR OFFICER IN.
