But this isn't a porn site. It's a fetish site that deals with women stealing other women's uniforms and clothes, usually in mainstream media.

The murder and necrophilia part is essentially what turns your idea into porn. It's not against the rules, but at the same time, it's not exactly what's desired here at the board. If it were just about stealing the clothes - disguise purpose or not, it'd be appropriate here.
